I ordered a new 2018 Traverse and it was lost in transit. Mike Phelps did not know what had happen and then found out it had been damaged after days of tracing it down. Thomas Clayton was the salesman and was great to work with. He did an outstanding job to make the deal go smoothly. I feel Chevrolet should have offered something for having to wait days to find out the new Traverse had been damaged. It was luck that Mike Phelps found another one since the Cajun Red was hard to find and that is why I had to order one and wait weeks only to find out it had been damaged in transit and not knowing if I would be able to get one before months later. That was the only disappointing part of the transaction. .

I absolutely love my impala. It has plenty of room in the front and back. It's very stylish, ther performance is unmatched by others. It's very fast and reliable.
I recieved an extremely polite and professional phone the morning after my request. Unfortunately I got cold feet and didnt pursue the sale.

I purchased my Chevy Impala LT used but still under manufacters warranty. I like the interior and exterior. The leg room in the back seat and trunk size is impressive. The cars sleek body is not to big and not small. Chevy did a great job with this new body size.
Recently purchased a used Toyota Camry from this dealership on May 1st and the service department didn't do a proper service to the car. About a month later the car was completely out of oil. Next about a month and a half after that, the radiator is cracked. The service department aren't doing they're job as far as making sure you have a properly serviced car when you purchase it. I left the sales manager a message about his service department not servicing the car correctly and have yet to hear from him, Mr Truesblood. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!!!

Too bad in 2019 that G.M. will stop making this car. Such a shame.

So far the car exceeds all of my expectations. large interior for a modern 2 up front, 3 in the rear.
I need to read the owner's manual to be able to set the stations on the radio.
I had to look on line to learn how to open the gas cap door.
No lever on the floor. What? I believe that the exterior mirrors are too bulky and placed too high. They create a blind spot on the left side.
It is scary to look to the right over my shoulder when moving into the right lane, Too much mass on the right rear pillar. The right mirror is barely adequate to see to the right - rear.
All in all I really like this car. It is beautiful and will last me for the rest of my life. I see real quality in this car. Impala LE edition. Gorgeous stitched leather upholstery going up over the dash.
Spacious back seat area.
A VERY QUITE RIDE, MINIMAL ROAD NOISE.
Just like the big cars of a bygone era.

I should have saved my money

I bought this car A little over a month ago and I've had nothing but problems with it since. First and foremost the fuel gauge does not work. Secondly the transmission shifts really hard into first gear. Third the radio works sporadically. And the tires go flat on me at random. I've had to patch all four tires. Because I cannot afford to get new tires on this thing yet. I am hoping to trade it in very soon. I do not recommend buying vehicles from this car dealership.
I purchases 2013 Chevy Impala in April during a sale they were running--the experience overall was good though took MUCH longer than I would have liked. They got me into a vehicle I love in almost the payment I wanted and expected. My only complaint is the follow up after sale--the day I took delivery there was no key fob for the auto start and doors but I was told it was locked up and would be mailed. I called a week later and was told nope, they sell used and don't have one but I can have one made. After THAT I was told (again) by the finance manager that he would have one made for me and let me know when it would be ready--a month later I am still waiting with no response and when I call sit on hold for 20 minutes only to be told that I will be called back. The other issue is with my permanent tag--there mine temp expires in less than a week and I am going out of town for a wedding--I called and was told that there was an issue with DMV (an old one that was taken care of over a year ago and, in faxt, I had renewed a different registration last wqeek) and told Melissa this who said they run into this fromk time to time but would get it resolved before I left town and call back...again, no go. I would recommend for price but for follow up and service I would prefer to go elsewhere

I drive the car to work and home only. It has never given me any trouble. All mechanical records were kept by Jeff Wyler of Columbus in Canal Winchester Ohio.
It was a good experience the lot is nice the vechiles are nice and clean the dealer we dealt with was very nice and so helpful and we did get the truck we wanted rated from 1-10 the 10 being the best ours was a 10+++++++l would recomend them to everyone they will help and they will do you right

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Greenville Sports & Imports in NC. I found the the entire buying process to be very satisfying. The sales team and associates were very knowledgeable and helpful in clearing some hurdles for an out of state buyer. They even went as far as to send the car back to their service department for a second inspection when I told them I was coming. It was then discovered that the vehicle (2007' Cadillac STS V8 Luxury) had faulty rear brake pads, calipers, and rotors. Sports & Imports covered the cost of these repairs without hesitation. I then made the 526 mile trip home with no issues whatsoever. Price was reasonable, at a little over $1000 below market value I ended up with a quality used vehicle. This type of Chevy 6 cylinder got me where I had to go. With in Louisiana,
To Florida East Coast, Northwest Houston Klein, & Lawton Oklahoma. No
Problems I took good care burn good gasoline( Shell) oil change every 4K miles. This model is the last of the bench seats. I think this is a keeper and I will purchase another vehicle soon.
