We had purchased a new Lincoln MKX previously from Phil Fitts and returned to purchase a used MKC. Our salesman, Albee Mangino, from whom we had purchased the MKX, was again very helpful, friendly, and fair. We believe we received a fair deal and are very pleased with the MKC. We also returned due to the excellent service department.
Robert & Drew in the Service Department went above and beyond to accommodate my work schedule to have my mother's 2008 Impala serviced. This is the best service department I have ever experienced so far. I hope that Wollam Chevrolet will continue their exceptional service as I will continue to have only Wollam Chevrolet service my mother's 2008 Impala since we purchased it new at Wollam Chevrolet in August 2008. The service department mechanics have always done an exceptional job of fixing my mother's 2008 Impala without having to worry if they corrected the problem the first time without having to bring it back. Plus as a bonus, my mother was offered a senior discount to help her with the repair bill. We also like that Wollam Chevrolet has a free oil change with every 5 oil changes and discount coupons sent to help with maintenance and repairs. Although we live in Columbus, we only buy cars from Joe Sember at Cole Valley in Warren, Ohio. This is my third experience working with Joe, and I cannot give a higher review. Joe is dedicated to serving the customer, and it is amazing how easy Joe makes the car buying experience. His knowledge is only exceeded by his commitment to customer service, and, in all, he is prompt, efficient, honest. On our recent purchase, Joe drove more than halfway to Columbus to deliver the vehicle to us -- Joe delivers an easy, positive experience to the onerous task of buying a car. Good experience, only comment would be that my appt. was for 7:30 a.m. however service staff did not arrive until 8:00 a.m. Scheduled early so it wouldn't interfere with work but they did finish within 30 minutes so that was good.
The dealership was very responsive in reaching out to me about a used car I had inquired about. They set up a time to come see the vehicle the next day and were very flexible in seeing me close to closing time. Overall the dealership was ok, but the used car building definitely was not as nice as the Buick GMC dealership building. Overall they were quick with responses and although I didn't buy a car through them, they assisted me well in all my questions.
My experience at Sweeney has always been the BEST and that's why I came back. Steve was just so patient and helpful and went out of his way to help me make a great car decision. I would definitely refer friends and family to both Sweeney and to Steve. What an excellent salesperson working for an excellent dealership!! Thank you!!
I bought a 2011 Cruze from Cole Valley Cadillac in Warren they were very rude and disrespectful to me and I had problems with my check engine light so I ended up going to Cole Valley in Newton Falls they treated me with respect and tried to solve my problem with my check engine light it took a while and several service calls to get it right but so far my check engine light is off and they treated me with respect and kindness at dealership in Newton Falls
