We had such a great experience from start to finish, they even stayed 2 hours after closing to get us in the truck we wanted. Best part is they play Christian music and such a great team to work with !!! Thank you all for the best experience I’ve had with a dealership! Ask for Eric Moore best guy around.

This is an amazing car. My 3rd Impala. I’m 6’5” and this car is the perfect fit. The car has everything I need and then some.
I got a super good deal and I got the exact truck that I wanted. The salesman was awesome to deal with, not pushy, he simply helped me find what I was wanting to buy and accommodated my buying experience. Buying a new vehicle is easier than I thought. I love my new GMC 4x4 Truck. Thanks for everything..
Very reliable car

The car is very comfortable. Love the many options, heated seats and steering wheel, backup camera, remote start. This is my third impala and have not been disappointed.
I called from work when my vehicle developed a battery issue without warning. The service department was very accomodating, and told me to come right over after work. They resolved my issue very fast and I am completely satisfied, and very impressed with the service I received. Kudos to Larry Stovesand Buick GMC!

I purchased my Chevy Impala LT used but still under manufacters warranty. I like the interior and exterior. The leg room in the back seat and trunk size is impressive. The cars sleek body is not to big and not small. Chevy did a great job with this new body size.
Friendly and great service! They care about their customers and work hard to make sure you are satisfied!
Just bought the car, appears to be great.

Just bought the car last night. The car is loaded with many
electronic items. Very fancy. A great smooth riding car. As a great
beautiful family sedan should be.
The reviews from experts say that this is a classic born again.
Too bad in 2019 that G.M. will stop making this car. Such a shame.
Greed on the part of the Auto. maker.
So far the car exceeds all of my expectations. large interior for a modern 2 up front, 3 in the rear.
I need to read the owner's manual to be able to set the stations on the radio.
I had to look on line to learn how to open the gas cap door.
No lever on the floor. What? I believe that the exterior mirrors are too bulky and placed too high. They create a blind spot on the left side.
It is scary to look to the right over my shoulder when moving into the right lane, Too much mass on the right rear pillar. The right mirror is barely adequate to see to the right - rear.
All in all I really like this car. It is beautiful and will last me for the rest of my life. I see real quality in this car. Impala LE edition. Gorgeous stitched leather upholstery going up over the dash.
Spacious back seat area.
A VERY QUITE RIDE, MINIMAL ROAD NOISE.
Just like the big cars of a bygone era.
Respectfully, Jim Cook
We always receive excellent service from service department and Chad is always helpful
This is our second Buick from there and will return again when looking for a new car. Our Butler treatment is always done with excellent care. All departments in this dealership are top notch in our experience.

We rented one for a month while our car was in a body shop. It was nearly impossible to assess position on the road or in a parking lot out the rear window or using the side mirrors. Entering or exiting the drivers seat without banging the head is nearly impossible. I've owned three chevys, two Buicks and one Oldsmobiles. This model isn't worth owning.
Took my truck in for a knocking noise in the rear end . Was told it couldn't be fixed but, they had others in with the same problem. Contacted Chevrolet and they are looking into the problem. Love my Chevy but when you have a This is a good looking truck that sounds like a rattle trap someone needs to step up and fix it. This is not the fault of the dealership they are nothing but kind and courteous. Might change my mind about Chevy's and I've bought several over the years.
Love my impala

I absolutely love my impala. It has plenty of room in the front and back. It's very stylish, ther performance is unmatched by others. It's very fast and reliable.
Simple oil change/maintenance. Outstanding service department , professional courteous and timely. I would buy a car there based on their service department alone. Everyone I came in contact with was a friendly helpful individual. Not many businesses these days who still give this type above and beyond level of customer service. New school but still Old school. “ Like they say “ Whatever it takes “ Thank You. John Fugate

I drive the car to work and home only. It has never given me any trouble. All mechanical records were kept by Jeff Wyler of Columbus in Canal Winchester Ohio.
Just purchased a vehicle from Allen Auto, sold by Buddy Pugh. I found him most helpful and honest. They had advertised the vehicle I wanted for what I felt was a high price. Due to it's near new condition I took a chance. I found Buddy most helpful and willing to negoiate even after I felt we reached an impasse he continued to work the price. While it took some time (about an hour)they even managed to get me a lower finance rate then my credit union & bank offered. Buddy is not you typical high pressure salesman. Overall it was a very good experience. They now have me as a customer for life.
Great car, very comfortable & reliable.

This car has served me well. I have driven this car nearly 100,000 miles, no problems, very little maintenance.
The car looks as good now as when I bought it over 5 years ago when it had just over 34000 miles. The car rides and drives so well. Lots of leg & head room. Large trunk capacity. I'm 72 years old and I drove the car easy, maintained it and kept it in the garage when not driving it. I think you would be impressed if you saw and drove this car.
Chad is an amazing employee for your company. His commitment to quality service is the SOLE reasons my wife and I bring our vehicle there. He is friendly, patient, and has a quality that all service departments should have!!! Thanks Chad for your outstanding service!!!

Car is a dream on long trips. Quiet ride but yet not mushy like most big cars. You have full command of the big machine. GM did their homework on this vehicle.
We had purchased our last 4 vehicles from this dealership we always get great service the even when we just have the oil change or the Auto Butler they do a great job on anything. The staff are very friendly I would not go anywhere else.
Fantastic performance and value for the money

So I was looking for a comfortable mid sized sedan with good power. My 2012 Impala checked all the boxes. This car has some serious go. I am a big guy so I needed some room and I got that too. I think I got an absolute bargain with this car. It does everything I ask of it and can hang with some of the best out on the highway. The only complaint I have with this car is the brakes. They should be better considering the power this car can put down. My wifes 2011 Lacrosse is a 4cylr and it has bigger rotors and brakes then my 2012 LTZ 6cylr Impala does.
While I'm still shopping around, these guys have been great in helping me find what i'm looking for

The 2016 Chevy Impala LTZ looks and rides as if it is fresh out the box. I purchased this car as a certified, preowned vehicle, with only 1 previous owner. It is fully loaded. It is FWD, but has power, so you won’t get left behind. However, it looks like a luxury vehicle and has the ability to drive like one as well. I love this car! With the lane departure warning system and other safety features, I will feel safe passing this car to on to my son once he graduates high school!
The Chevy mpala is a great car and pricing is great for the car you get.
Do you need to put a house in the trunk’ Well this this is the car for you with humongous trunk space. You can’t beat the Chevy Impala. The car runs special! I had a 2007 for 10 years and now a 2018.
Great car for the first three miles. Then it died and I went to the dealer and took my check back.
Did I mention that it was Certified the day before by what they call A Certified Technician! When you can’t trust a national chain you might as well shop at Sals Hoopties!
Have a wonderful day!
I can say nothing but good things about the sales department the best place to buy a car from. The service department needs some work. They told me that it was fine that I brought in my vehicle and got recalls and some warranty work done. I told them before that I was 20 and they said it would be fine they would take care of it. Well when I get there they take me to get a vehicle and then they wouldn’t let me get it because I was 20 well after they had already told me that I could. Then I had to sit there and mess with them for 30 mins about just putting my head rest in that they wouldn’t do. So finally I they have a guy come do that. The worst service place I have been to. If I couldn’t get a vehicle then tell me so I wouldn’t drive an hour to do it. It was the worst service I had received. Then the time before I had a leveling kit out on and asked them to align it and when they put it on the alignment rack they said it was so far out of line that I shouldn’t be driving it so then I took it to my dealership at home and it was aligned just right. So they need to fix their stuff. It’s awful. I can say nothing but good things about the sales department. But the service department I have different thoughts on. It was awful. I won’t be back to that service department. The sales department will always be one of my choices when buying a vehicle.

Ok, I had a 2004 CTS, my kid outgrew it. Got an SUV, kid outgrew that. Kid is 16 and almost 6?7?. Had to find vehicle that he would fit in to take long baseball trips. Turns out that the Impala has the most legroom of anything except a new CT6.
Had kid get Into it and with seat all the way back he can barely touch wheel well. PERFECT!!
Did I mention that the trunk has more room than the SUV or that it got close to 36mpg on a 300 mile trip?
The only things I have issues with are because of the decision I made on what model level to buy. I miss the dual zone heating/cooling because I am old and get cold and the kid likes the A/C on constantly full blast. And I miss back up sensors even though it comes with rear camera standard.
Overall, this is a fantastic car that I got for an even better price and it suits all of my needs.
This is a ex police car and is currently having its retirement years with me. This vehicle is comfortable, quick, and fun to drive. The motor has the power, and the fuel economy is good for this vehicle. The only problem I have had so far is the water pump going out. Something that does make me not like this vehicle is that Chevy doesnt know when it has a good thing and has to always screw it up. I also dont like the fact that the American People Bail them out in a time of crisis and now they are turning their back on their employees. Its sad as this vehicle could have been just as great of a car as the 64 Impala with the same following if only GREED was not a main focus. Also I would like to say that Unions are not helping this situation and are also greedy no matter how they put it. No person deserves a salary of over 1 million a year (CEO) with a golden Parachute and neither does any employee deserve 25 dollars an hour with full benefits and a good retirement. Most Consumers dont make that amount.
