Great people at this dealership. Just wished they took car of their cars more. Bought a 2007 Jeep Liberty and in 4 days my powersteering went out. Now within a month now i have something going on in my reer. Constant sqeaking and Scrapping sounds. These cars sit for a long time and dont get moved very often. So they just catch rust.
Could Be Better

Bad city mileage, great hwy mileage. Quite a few problems under the hood, especially with the transmission. Poured a lot more money into fixing it than it's actually worth. Very nice design. Great leg room for the driver and passenger. Gives a very smooth ride--you don't feel every bump you drive over.
I’ve bought a car from 2 big dealerships and one small auto sales before but Loudon has been my best experience overall. There was no hassle, no pressure and could take as much time to make my decision. I was worried about financing since my business had just failed and needed a van for work at my new job. They were able to obtain financing for me and got me the vehicle I needed! Going to pick up the vehicle and sign papers I expected it to be a while since that was my experience at those big dealerships but I was able to get in and get out in a half hour on a Saturday. Van has been running great with no issues. The service was excellent as they worked with me and took many of the headaches away. Thank you so much!
Owned since 2000.

My sister bought one in 2000. She passed away in 2014 and left it to me since I performed all the general maintenance on it.
It has only 97,000 on it and still runs great. My only complaint on it is the battery location. You have to remove a brace and the washer fluid reservoir to get to it. Dependable car if you take care of it.

Great service! No pressure at all to buy, but I ended up with a perfect car within my price range. Emailed with Jeff Haight, who actually came in on his day off just to help us out! Options were all clearly presented to me, and the rest of the staff were very helpful with all the things I was unfamiliar with.

I like it. Good running car. Have had very few problems with it. Asked for some help with the brake lights and turn signal, and it wasn't much to fix it.
We recently purchased a 2011 Chevy Silverado from Allen Hoyt with Friesen Chevrolet in Sutton, NE. Allen made the entire process very simple. He had the paperwork ready to go and was very organized. We got a nice, clean truck and a fair amount for our trade. We would definitely recommend Friesen to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

Best car I've ever owned

I think this car is one of the best cars ever made. The outside was designed like a classic car but was so comfortable. Lots of room and had wonderful convenientses like power windows and rear window defrosters. I have no complaints about it except that it got rusty when I wanted to keep it forever.
I was in the market for a used Jeep product. They had an excellent inventory of vehicles and great pricing. The salesman was very accommodating about showing what I wanted to see as well as letting me drive what I wanted.
The purchase went seamlessly and was quick and easy.
My only complaint was that I messaged this dealer through Cars.com about a vehicle and never received a response.
Overall, not a bad choice.

I had the LTZ version, the 3.8L V6 is a powerhouse. My friends Dad still used the enigine from my car in his, and just keeps going. It has over 300k miles on the engine.
I bought my S-10 on line. 1st time I have ever done this and the Naff team made me feel comfortable from the moment I emailed them and when we talked on the phone.
Old but Reliable
September 8, 2017
Sure, this car may be old, but it's much more reliable than a lot of modern cars that I've seen. Apart from the reliability, this car has a VERY smooth ride. You barely feel a bump in the road. Overall, it might look old, but it's very reliable.

It Saved Our Lives

I'm glad to read other stories about how Luminas saved drivers lives. It saved mine, of that I am sure. I owned a '99 since new and the only major repair bill came from the leaking intake manifold gasket problem. But at 15 years it was still in great shape and very reliable. I noted at 5 years it still looked and ran new. Then we were T boned on my driver side and the impact put the car on its side. We had some minor injuries but as the driver I was worst. But what would have been potentially far worse injuries in another car was not that bad. The side impact crash rating was " Good". Believe it. The Lumina is built like a tank. Its not flashy but safe.
I was looking for a good used car for my wife. I found a real nice looking SUV online listed at at Mike Steven Volkswagen. We went over to look at it, we was very impressed with the SUV at a fair price. We decided to buy it. The buying experience and the service was the best ever! I would recommend Mike Steven Volkswagen.

The 1990-1994 Chevy Lumina Euro has been one of Chevy's most successful models to date. The 3.1L V-6 is the most reliable in it's class. This engine is just about bullet-proof. The 3.4L in the Z-34 Model has a few more horses & gives you quite a bang for your buck. The ride is very firm & it handles very well. The gauges are laid out in a simple but easy to read pattern. All controls are easy to reach & read. I found that the driver's seat cushion is not as firm as it & it tends to lose shape & should have more padding. The rear seat is comfortable & roomy enough for three avg. adults. The trunk is large & deep enough for three good size suit cases.I have owned two Euro's & they never let me down.As long as you do the normal P.M.on this car it will last for decades. These Lumina Euro's are like a Timex watch:"Takes a licking & keeps on ticking".
I spoke with Austin regarding a blazer for sale. He went above and beyond my expectations of any dealer. He was honest and upfront about everything even sent me pictures of underneath the body and any type of rust on the vehicle. Due to the fact that I couldn't just drive down and look at it I live 11 hours away from his dealership. I would recommend speaking with Austin for your next car purchase
I returned Hawkeye auto. The truck I wanted to buy was sold. I had a different salesman Luke. He explained the other salesman was inexperienced & overwhelmed. I understood, it was busy. Luke was great I purchased a better truck & I'm very happy. I may have overreacted on my first review. I would recommend Hawkeye auto .

Going on 200000 miles and I still love this thing. You can get them for cheap and they are reliable. A Honda of the same year and miles.is like 4 times the costs. I've had zero problems with mine. My friend with his Toyota looked down his nose at my lumina until his Toyotas engine died and I had to pick him up in my 2000 lumina!Sure, it's cheap and cheesy but it's got it were it counts. Cheap to buy cheap to maintain and it's never ever given me any trouble.
These guys have a great selection. Just about anything for anyone. Nice to see a family owned business working hard. Will likely be back again. Always the first place I look.

This car is the most reliable ever. Had a 99 Honda CR-V in which all the power locks etc broke after a few years. This car in 2017 is like brand new. Hardly any money put into this car with at least 130,000 miles and counting. Very reliable.
Everyone at the dealership is helpful, service department is fast and efficient.

Bought this car for my son to take to AZ while he attends college there. Has been very reliable
and no mechanical problems yet. Had almost 75k miles when we bought it. It may not be the prettiest car around, but it has a sweet ride and handles very well. It has good power up the hills and passing other cars. I would most definitely recommend this one as a good car.
Great car buying experience. Very professional, straight forward pricing, good value for my trade and great salesman. I would highly recommend this dealership for any vehicle purchase.

This car is a family car. It is safe, reliable and drives great! We never have had a problem with it, just regular maintenance. Great on gas too!
