I had a horrible experience at this dealer but i can't blame the salesman Mike C. He did the best job he could with the process he was givin. He was courteous and polite and tried to handle the issues but his hands were tied by the useless policies and people above him. I would deal with Mike again but never the dealer. Being big and forgetting how to take care of the customer is what the dealer forgot how to do.
This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Suburban Nissan. In both cases we traded in our vehicles and were given fair trade in values. The whole process from start to finish we were treated wonderfully. Our salesperson Josh Bianco was very helpful and listened carefully to my requests and provided me with exactly what I was looking for. You can???t ask for more than that. He kept the ball rolling all the way through the process and when it came time to finalize the deal the finance manager was great and had everything well organized so it only took a very short amount of time and I was on my way with my new car. When the time comes to do it again I will be back. Thanks
Not only did we buy our Forester here, but we found the best mechanic in Michigan. Kirk Walsh if phenominal....knows his way around ANYTHING Subaru!!!! He deserves more money and more vacation time and maybe even his own assistant to do the scut work.
I was able to get an oil change from Matick Chevrolet but they couldn't rotate my tires due to the attendants not being able to get one of the lug nuts off one of the tires. For a tire rotation, I will never come back to Matick again. Everything else was OK.

I found this vehicle I purchased at cars.com. We did almost everything over the phone. We had a little problem with the financing since this was an out of state purchase but the finance manager did a great job in contacting the necessary individuals to insure the proper entities were on board. The salesman had everything ready which was great since this was a 4 hour drive. One of the best car buying experiences. I was impressed they were aware of KY titling and registration requirements.

I found a 2016 F-150 at this dealership here on cars.com for an incredible deal! Called them up and talked with Omar. Guy was super nice and was very upfront with the trucks history and was very impressionable. If I am ever in need of another car I’m definitely going back!
