I think this vehicle is wicked and a money guzzler. I have had issues with head lights blinking, inside lights not going off, the alarm light in window constantly blinking, Charcoal canister etc and as soon as you fix one thing another needs to be fixed and SHERWOOD OF SALISBURY SOLD THIS PIECE OF CRAP TO ME AND IF I DONT HURRY UP AND TRADE CHRISTINE IN I am scared I may be walking. Had not had this car two years and it has sent me to xxxx and back I hate it and would never recommend anyone to buy one that is 2015.?
Mike did a very good job in providing information to me, but not being pushy. He was accommodating and friendly, which is sometimes difficult to find while car shopping. The bottom line is that he made the process easy, and more importantly enjoyable - which is what purchasing a new car should be. Thanks, Mike.

Not great. This car has given me headache after headache. The steering keeps popping. I have trouble with the paint chipping since day 1. The heater had problems within 2 months. Now, at 36,000 miles, the car interior is leaking from the windshield. on a trip the battery for the auto stop did not work after a long trip on the expressway.
This was my second time buying a car at Honda Fishers. I not only came back because I love Honda cars but also for the great customer service that I received from, Rick. Both of my cars that I have purchased have been from him. He is straight forward and will tell you the truth about the cars there. I trust him as my car salesman which speaks volumes on the type of guy he is. He made the process easy and painless both times I’ve purchased a car. I have no doubt that I will be back to purchase another vehicle from not only this facility but also from Rick.

Lots of cabin room, good pick up too. The size of the trunk is cavernous! I like the overall design of the Chevy Malibu too.
Very quiet, professional environment. Mike Rice helped me look for a car that fit literally every one of my needs. He got me great deal and never made it feel like he was selling me a car. It's like he was family just helping me look. Great place. Will buy all my cars there now!
Highly recommend! I have had nothing but excellent experiences here for all car service/repairs. The service is always amazing - very helpful, kind, and professional. Every time I go in for an issue they work to resolve it and I never, ever feel taken advantage of as I have sometimes wondered at other places in the past. I will definitely continue to go back.
Tad was amazing ..so helpful. However there was confusion w title. I worked with Kathy who said she was leaving @ 2:45 ???? We returned I had to ask fpr help noone acknowledgwd me..I had to ask Betty for help and then she was rude. She said after I asked someone will be qith you we are busy. I dont appreciate being so inconvenienced and RHEN RUDE. I realize people make mistak3s but not RUDE
Highly recommend Bert, had a wonderful experience buying my Acura. Bert was professional, no pressure and answered all my questions and was very patient with me. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime and this has been the most pleasant experience by far.

At first, I was skeptical about buying a Chevy Malibu. My husband and I have traditionally bought Honda's and both have CRVs. However, my daughter and I did research and found that the 2015 model is very reliable. We went to the dealer and test drove a pearl colored one with a sunroof. Wow! Gorgeous car inside and out! Love the design. Super smooth ride too. Lots of great features. We were very impressed and we purchased it. Great value for the money!
Had another outstanding experience at Napleton Hyundai in Carmel. We had more bad experiences with with 2013 Sonata with Dealership in Tenn. My engine was replaced due to a factory defect when driving on vacation. It blow up on the north side of Nashville, TN. They fixed the car with a new engine and then shipped the car back to me and I drove it for a month. But I hit a pot hole and the motor came lose. The dealership in Tennessee, did not re-attach the motor mount. The engine shifted 4 inch up and 6 inches to the right.
Needless to say, there car was in bad shape and had to be towed to Napelton. I called and talked to Chris Peters, he was immediately able to help me and get me a loaner vehicle and start looking into the needed repairs. His Team found other things that were not right with the Vehicle after having the engine replaced at the Hyundai Dealer in Tenn.
After talking with Chris Peters and finding out everything that was not done right on the new engine replacement with the dealer in Tennessee. I was ready to trade in this vehicle and find something else.
I was able to talk to Chris Modory who sold me my car in 2013. First I went to Hyundai Corporate they did not not want to do anything to help their customer.
I went back to Chris Modory. He was able to get his GM Sean McCain involved and helped understand everything that went wrong with my 2013 Sonata. They were about to help me with trading in the 2013 Sonata and giving me an outstanding deal on a 2015 Sonata Sport Turbo. They understood my frustrations and made a bad situation into another great experience. None of the problems were any fault of the good folks at Napleton. This was all from a Hyundai Dealer in Tennessee that did not fix the car to Hyundai Standards. I really appreciate them working with me and going above and beyond to help me get into a different vehicle to my liking.
I did end up buying another vehicle before I actually had a chance to visit Ray Skillman, so I only had phone and e-mail contact, but they were very informative and kept in touch with me.

Numerous repairs to the hvac system on this car and fighting to get gm to honor the certified warranty has convinced me to buy a different brand in the future. I learned the hard way that GM Certified is just a marketing tool.
When shopping for a used car I learned quickly that this is one of the only dealerships left that actually treat you like a person. They truly care about their customers ! Personable, professional, courteous and honest. I definitely recommend buying your next car from them.

I only gave 4 stars because I would have liked heated seats LOL. I had a Volvo previously and it had a ton of bells and whistles. I didn't need all of that. Something to be said about heated seats though.
