Numerous repairs to the hvac system on this car and fighting to get gm to honor the certified warranty has convinced me to buy a different brand in the future. I learned the hard way that GM Certified is just a marketing tool.
Our experience with Tyler Wheat at Suntrup Nissan of South County was a real good one he was a up front person about every thing we had asked.He made buying a new car from this dealership hassle free from the start.

At first, I was skeptical about buying a Chevy Malibu. My husband and I have traditionally bought Honda's and both have CRVs. However, my daughter and I did research and found that the 2015 model is very reliable. We went to the dealer and test drove a pearl colored one with a sunroof. Wow! Gorgeous car inside and out! Love the design. Super smooth ride too. Lots of great features. We were very impressed and we purchased it. Great value for the money!

I think this vehicle is wicked and a money guzzler. I have had issues with head lights blinking, inside lights not going off, the alarm light in window constantly blinking, Charcoal canister etc and as soon as you fix one thing another needs to be fixed and SHERWOOD OF SALISBURY SOLD THIS PIECE OF CRAP TO ME AND IF I DONT HURRY UP AND TRADE CHRISTINE IN I am scared I may be walking. Had not had this car two years and it has sent me to xxxx and back I hate it and would never recommend anyone to buy one that is 2015.?
Mr. Rice made the experience of buying a car very pleasant. I will definitely recommend him to all my family and friends. There was no pressure put on me like I've experienced at other dealerships.

Not great. This car has given me headache after headache. The steering keeps popping. I have trouble with the paint chipping since day 1. The heater had problems within 2 months. Now, at 36,000 miles, the car interior is leaking from the windshield. on a trip the battery for the auto stop did not work after a long trip on the expressway.
Mr. Joe Rice made my car buying experience easy and enjoyable. He asked and answered crucial questions that helped me make my own decisions based on my personal budget and circumstances. I could tell just by talking to him that he genuinely cares about each potential customer.
Bob was very nice and patient. He took time to show us the new vehicle (preowned) and to move our belonging over to the new vehicle. He guided us through the car we were buying and explained the background of the vehicle.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

I only gave 4 stars because I would have liked heated seats LOL. I had a Volvo previously and it had a ton of bells and whistles. I didn't need all of that. Something to be said about heated seats though.
Once again, I had a great experience at St. Charles Nissan. I needed new tires and an oil change before Friday. I called on Wednesday morning and Al worked diligently to secure my hard to find wheels and had everything completed by Thursday evening. To top it off, they cleaned up my dirt car at no extra cost. I have often said, "service is the other thing that can beat Wal-Mart." Thanks to the entire team for your excellent customer service. Harlan

The team out at Napleton's Mid Rivers Kia has a winning combination with Darwin Cunningham and Ken Stark. This was my first experience with this dealership and even though it's quite of a drive from the local dealerships that are closer to home, it is WELL worth the drive. After arriving, I met with Ken Stark who I can't say enough about. There were no slick gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. As cliche as it might sound, but we hit it off as if we were buddies for years. Again, he was easy to talk to, the other employees/salesman appeared as though they genuinely enjoyed working there, you could just feel that positive energy in the air. It made car buying fun again as it should be. Enter Darwin Cunningham. This guy gets it. It's those little things that go a long way. When delivered on EXACTLY what I wanted, he wrote "CONGRATS!!!" on the paper. It made it that much more fun on signing and being a part of this great experience. He too couldn't have been easier to talk to and was VERY transparent. Extremely friendly, kept me informed every step of the way and was fast at delivering what I wanted but took his time when or if I had any questions to ensure we were on the same page. The service I received at Napleton's Mid Rivers Kia is nothing short of extraordinary. To say that both the car buying experience and its salespeople have challenged my preconceptions about your typical car dealership and its antics is a gross understatement. They have truly changed my mind and those ideologies and I will be telling anyone and everyone that will listen about my experience and to give Napleton's Mid Rivers Kia a try before they give another dealership their business.

Beautiful styling, runs smoothly, only missing a few amenities I had in a 2008- namely XM radio, push button start, back up camera, more co.puter access, and charger ports.
Marcus & Matt were top notch! Our transaction was quick & easy. We got the exact new Rogue in our preferred color & options for not a penny more than price we wanted to pay. Everything from intial negotiation to signing the finance terms was extremely transparent and upfront. Would recommend!
Our experience at the Dean Team Subaru was great! The staff was very helpful and nice. In particular we had Andrew Scheetz as our salesperson and he was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable about the Subaru we purchased. He was very helpful during the test drive to point out all the features. All in all a wonderful experience. We drove here from central Illinois and would not hesitate to use this dealership and again. Can not recommend them enough.
I felt welcomed and comfortable. It was no misunderstandings or nonsense. He genuinely wants to please his customers and I???m glad that I was one of the successful sales of this month.
