I highly recommend Surprise Honda. I had been car shopping for a few months, but Surprise Honda is the only dealership who impressed me.
Every single person I met at their dealership was super friendly and helpful! They didn’t waste my time looking at cars i had no interest in.
They really listen. They showed me the exact car i wanted with all of my “must haves.” The facility is gorgeous. I’m looking forward to my service appointments and the Starbucks coffee!

Tons of issues, nothing covered under warranty and rude people in service acting like I'm bothering them asking questions. Never again will I purchase a Chevy.
We wanted to purchase a new car using the Costco Auto Program; the "authorized Chevy dealer" for Denver is John Elway Chevrolet. Our Elway sales representative - Tyler Brown - made this the most painless car-buying experience my wife and I have had (over about four decades of car purchases). We were interested in two Chevy models (Volt and Bolt); Tyler had both ready to test drive when we first arrived at the dealership and was very knowledgable about the operation and available options of both. Over the next week, he patiently answered all of our questions, and searched far and wide (even the inventory still in transit) to find exactly the configuration we were interested in. When we arrived to take delivery of our 2019 Chevy Bolt, Tyler had all of the details taken care of (battery was charged, car was detailed, paperwork was ready to sign, and our "Bolt 101 familiarization lesson" from Dylan Fiske was queued up). The whole delivery process was very organized, and my wife and I were both impressed with how smoothly and quickly things proceeded. Eric Williams made the financing side of the transaction very straightforward as well. Thanks Tyler, Dylan, and Eric -- and everyone else we interacted with at Elway Chevrolet! We'll certainly be back when it's time for another car!
Everything was great with this trip especially the "you're not just a number" treatment! They didn't get it washed (which I wasn't even expecting) before I was there to pick it up so they gave me a car wash voucher to make up for it!
I buy a new truck every year and this was the first time I had bought from karl Chevrolet. I have nothing but great things to say about my salesman Alex Buck and Colton my delivery coordinator. They did a fantastic job. I will be coming back next year again because of these two.
Allen was very helpful worked with us very well and he helped me find exactly what I was looking for went out of his way to help make sure I understood every thing about the truck I was looking for

The electronic transmission sucks xxx! Car technically shuts down at stops to conserve fuel. It will roll backwards if you stop on a hill. Electronic stuff going crazy, now when I put it in park a warning ’’ comes up and says ’shift to park’.. Last night we shut the car off, the shift to park warning came up, the lights and the radio wouldn’t shut off and the key fob was in my husbands pocket and when he shut the door it honked like it does when the key is left inside. I’m so glad this xxxxxxis a lease!!! Don’t need to be stuck with the s#i+
My Silverado started losing power while traveling from Illinois to Wausau last Friday night. Called Trecek in the morning. Got me in but were booked up and told me they couldn't probably look at my truck until Tuesday. Dropped it off and secured other transportation. While driving back to Illinois on Monday, got a call from Trecek. My truck was done. They had a cancellation and were able to bump me up and get it fixed (they knew I'd be passing by on my way home on Monday). So I was able to return the other car and not have to make another trip back up to pick up my truck.
The repair was good, and they coordinated all with my warranty company as well.
Travis in the service department was great.
Most dependable car I have every own.

This car is comfortable and has lots of room for my grandkids to ride in. I love this car . It is nice looking and rides so smooth with great gas mileage.
The saleperson and general manager Dan was very professional and worked with our credit situation to get us approved for the car we always wanted with affordable payments. Thank you for the great service!!

This car has been very reliable, great mileage, roomy, comfortable, large trunk space. I haven't had any issues with it. I get alot of compliments in it.
I have bought four cars through this dealership, and they have always done a great job from the beginning to the end. Drive through their lot and check out the huge selection of inventory! Ask for Jim Hendricks, for a great deal!!
I highly recommend this service department for vehicle repair, even if you don't own a GM product....The facilities are clean, the personell friendly and the service department awesome....Charles is the best mechanic on the planet and Erin is the best service writer.....Any service I need is handled flawlessly. This dealership will be at the top of my list when looking for a new Chevrolet..

Had the car for 18 months and was at the dealer for problems at least 15 times.
Issues: water in the trunk, oil leak, seat loose, recalls, shifter not working.
Best place to buy a car. Staff is great and they make the car buying experience something to look forward to. I would recommend to anyone of my friends and family.

Mfg nor dealership will take responsibility for mfg default with water leaking into trunk. Constantly sopping water out with towel. Sealant tape is cracking and showing signs of rot. Water builds up arounf extra battery on driver side behind tail light. Nice ride, descent mileage(not good avg 24). Ive had two diagnostics done. One by dealership they waived 125$, another frebbie by auto body shop. Im having to lay in trunk while raining and storming trying to pin point leak. Can hardly wait to get my FORD ranger going and get rid of this black mold collecting vehicle.
Went to Paul Masse Chevrolet to road test a 2019 Equinox. The sales person Paul Dragich was very friendly and detailed all of the option packages available. He was a very low pressure guy and treated us like we were royalty. Paul went through all the details on each feature of the vehicle, very very knowledgeable. We purchased the Equinox that we test drove. We will absolutely be back to this dealership To see Paul when we are looking at another car. We are also interested in the new Chevy Blazer when it becomes available and are on a call list to test drive one. Besides, he???s a Red Sox fan!
