Yesterday, I got a car from Bergey???s Chevrolet for the 3rd consecutive time. After working with Matthew Cerefice on the previous two, I went straight to him for the third. Each transaction was unique, but this one was complicated and dragged out more than a week. Matt handled it excellently and was great at staying in touch with me throughout. When we finally got to the signing stage, it went quickly, without a hitch. I used Bergey???s service for my previous 2 vehicles and will continue to do so for my 3rd. This is a family-run dealership that evidently supports work/life balance for its employees, and employs good people. I highly recommend supporting it by shopping there for a car.
I???ve always dreaded the sales experience of purchasing a new vehicle. I was blown away at the treatment I received when purchasing my Chevy Equinox. It was stress free and actually enjoyable! The entire staff was extremely courteous. My salesman Tony went above and beyond in making sure that I was pleased with my experience! I would recommend this dealer to anyone in search of a new vehicle!
Tony Isabella was amazing from the start!! His calming demeanor made us feel so comfortable and pressured free! Our 3 year old drew him a picture and when we went back in a few days later, he had it hanging on the wall! Wife was in aww to see that! Patrick Benner made signing the papers very smooth and easy. Everyone we dealt with was top notch!! Definitely will be returning!
Great team (you do not need a review so you get a pat on the back. This is the downfall of companies. People spend to much time trying to get a 5 that everything else suffers. As I stated the experience was great. However this side of the experience is going downhill. Do your job everyday the best you can, enjoy it or get out. I HATE this side of your business, do not let it consume you) you do your job well, keep up the good work. Get rid of the survey.
He is the best and nicest guy for any of your car needs. He takes the time to answer even the dumbest questions - and believe me ......I've had lots !! I would recommend anybody to him in the future, and will keep doing business with him as long as he will have me do so. 👍👍
I recently went to Car Dex to shop for a new car after my car decided that it didn't want to run anymore! The selection was great with all the "hot wheels" and the hot service only complimented the cars if not raised it to a higher level! The reason I gave 4 stars for the buying process was because the selection was so much that I had trouble buying a new car!
Bobby Williams and Bobby Ranieri were an absolute pleasure to work with. Buying a new car can be a stressful situation but these gentlemen answered all of my questions throughly and honestly making this a much easier and more enjoyable experience. I highly recommend working with both these gentleman, I will definitely be visiting them again when I???m ready for my next car!
This was our first experience working with Patriot. Started working with Bob Johnson to possibly purchase a Traverse but then decided to replace our 2008 Tahoe with a new Tahoe. Despite all the searching Bob did for us, we couldn’t find exactly what we wanted. So through Bob we ordered a 2018 Tahoe. From start to finish (got the Tahoe yesterday!!!), we worked with Bob for a long time and he was always kind, patient and helpful. Whether we stopped in, called or emailed (and we did all three), he always found time for us and was very responsive. We met other great people at Patriot and the dealership was always immaculate. Great experience, great salesman and we are thrilled with our new Tahoe. We now look forward to trying their service department.
I was shopping for a used vehicle for myself. My credit was challenged and I knew it wouldn’t be easy to find something dependable ,more importantly, safe. Laurie was SO much help. She never gave up on me. Regardless how hard it was to finance me. She genuinely cares for her customers and is the definition of dedication. I wouldn’t buy from anyone else.
I bought a car in July from Bill, didn???t have the best credit, ended up leaving in a nice 2016 Elantra. A week ago I totaled that car so I knew 100% that I was going back to Bill! Today I am leaving in a beautiful 2016 Buick Verano! I couldn???t be happier with the experience and the car! Thanks again bill!! 10/10 recommendation
I purchased a car from this lot and it was a much easier process than I thought. From the time that I showed interest to the time that I left the lot my questions were answered timely and my time was well spent. Loreal was a huge help in the car buying process and her customer service is unmatched. As a first time car buyer I was welcomed and treated with the best intentions.
