I have bought a few cars in my life and I always end up spending the day at the dealer. Yesterday was the best car buying experience I have ever had. We had an appointment with Michael Cady at 11:45. We ended up getting there almost an hour early and he was ready to help. The car was in great condition except for a couple deep scratches and dents on the back bumper. Michael and his boss explained to me that they would fix it at no cost. The price on the vehicle was amazing to start and the price they offered for my car was great also. My husband and I were out of the dealership in 3 hours. Michael Cady made this car buying experience one of a kind. I would highly recommend Jet Chevrolet to anyone wanting a new or used car.
This was the first time I had been to Auburn Chevrolet. I brought my Chevy Spark in for an oil change and tire pressure. I found the door to the Service area but the garage door did not open so I left my car just outside of the doors and went in to the service desk, I was greeted and I told them what I wanted and she told me it would be about an hour wait to be completed. She then went and moved my car to the other door and brought it inside. I went to the waiting room and waited until it was almost done when she came in and said the air and cabin filters needed to be changed. I said ok and it was about an half hour and it was done. I paid for the services and left. I do think she could have mentioned to me there was coffee there and vending machines if I was hungry. Overall my experience was things were fine including watching a little girl about 2 years old running all over the place.

Gianni was a pleasure, he had the car all ready for us to test drive when we arrived, and Linda made the paperwork a delight. Average time of visit (3 hour total), warranty pricing competitive. I had a great experience buying a new car. The salesman that helped me was Gus, he was very professional, friendly, answered all the questions I had and made my day in the Chevrolet of Bellevue dealership a quick one. He was very helpful in finding me the right car and he succeeded! I am now an owner of a 2017 Chevrolet Malibu, I would recommend him and this dealership to anybody looking for a new car.
This was truly one of the best car experiences we've ever had. From Keith at the beginning to Ronnie, we were treated better than family. We went back and forth on email. I never had to step in the showroom until we were ready to sign the papers. They sent us pictures of the car they thought would work for us then spent a whole day getting the price and payments where we wanted them to be. I can not say enough great things about this dealership. We are extremely happy with our car and happy to be a part of Bellevue Cadillac for life.
Two weeks ago I purchased my 2011 Chevrolet Equinox from Chevrolet Cadillac of Bellevue and I LOVE IT! I found the car on cars.com. I had researched American made SUV's & crossovers, and knew what I wanted to buy. This was a "certified pre-owned" car, which was an added bonus. Because of the stigma of car sales, I was really dreading car shopping. I ended up actually enjoying the experience because of the low pressure sales staff and in particular Tee, the Sales Manager. I went in knowing how much I could afford to spend and after the customary haggling we came to an agreement. The buying process took longer than expected, only because there were a number of people ahead of me being approved for financing. I was impressed that they didn't worry about staying late. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend Chevrolet Cadillac of Bellevue to anyone.
Josh guided me through the process of buying a CX5. His knowledge of the car and the range of options was excellent and his patience was endless. He was really busy on a Saturday with a lot of customers but he gave me all the time I needed and provided all the information I asked for and a whole lot more. His professionalism was a real contrast with some sales people at rival dealerships.
