Being a savvy consumer, I am doing my research now for our Suburban purchase, seeking out a dealer for the best price and checking reviews, as customer service can sometimes outweigh getting the lowest price. I feel the need to commend Penny Lloyd already for applying ZERO pressure or gimmicks to get us to "buy now". For that, you've earned our trust and eased our mind months beforehand. I want to compliment one of your excellent employees, Penny. Having been in several times this month for a recall and service, she always goes to great lengths to say hello and ask if there's anything I need, from a hot cup of coffee to checking on my car. Such service builds great relationships, something consumers my age don't see to often these days. I will be bringing all of my needs to Radley for now on.
Justin Taylor's handling of my issue was as 'outstanding' as it usually is. I came in for a 'recall' issue, shortly before he was to end his shift. But, I was treated the the dignity and respect, as if I was his first customer of the day. He was there for me, all the way through my picking up my vehicle in the service lane. Keep up the good work, Justin. Radley is applauded for this kind or employee and service excellence!
First time with a new service writer. This is the fourth one in 18 1/2 years. Two had departed. One had moved up in position. Now Jason. He was as good as his predecessors. Another great experience. Jason the technician was wonderful as normal. Have been using his talent for at least 16 years. The only one to work on my vehicles. I trust him that much. Great job by all.
From start to finish Sam Sayes provided Excellent customer service. From communicating what my vehicle needed for maintenance, to scheduling an Uber ride home, to keeping me posted on a repair and dealing with insurance, it all went smoothly and vehicle was finished on date he stated it would be. Could not ask for more! 5 Stars :)
Anthony and Pam did a very good job of making me feel welcome and taking care of my car and me after finding out of the extremely bad service I was given by another associate. My car was finished very quickly and I was able to look at cars and take them for test drives as Anthony helped me look at my options. Great experience.
I was assisted by Edwin Modesitt. He was very down to earth, easy going, and extremely helpfull. They offered me a great deal on a Titan, that I passed up on in the end, not any fault of theirs, the truck just wasn't exactly what I wanted but very close. I hope they come across the vehicle I want i would purchase it from them in a second. Great people, awsome staff.
