Richard W. at Commonwealth Chevy was very knowledgeable about all of the differences between the options on the vehicles we looked at, and took the time to explain them to us. He knew what the different option packages included and could quickly show us what those features were, and how they worked. Very helpful!
I recently purchased my 4th vehicle at Commonwealth Chevrolet. This is the first time I have purchased a used vehicle from a car dealer. I have always purchased new cars. The price I paid was on the low side of the Kelly Blue Book value, so I feel like I got a very good deal. I was pleased with the financing provided as well. I am very happy with the vehicle. The salesman John Schiavoni did not pressure me at all. He was very pleasant, and knowledgeable about the vehicle (I also worked with Lexi, Esteban & Chris and they were all helpful as well). Overall I can truly say that it was a positive experience. I have used their service department in the past, and I have always been satisfied with the service. I will continue to do business with.
I purchased a new vehicle at Commonwealth Chevy last week. The sales associate, Lexi, was extremely responsive and did not waste my time. I was up front and told her what I wanted and that I didn???t want to keep going back and forth. She communicated my requests and within a short time I was handed off to Mike in the business office to review my financing. Even though it was a busy night he took the time to explain everything to me, was friendly and did not force me into any add ons that I wasn???t comfortable with. Throughout the week I was able to communicate with both Lexi and Mike and always felt like my concerns and questions were a priority.

We had a great experience at Tully GMC. Our Salesman Kelvin Rodriguez was very personable and as we told him, he was the only car salesperson from any dealership who actually knew the vehicle when we asked questions. He told us he had only been working at Tulley less than 2 months which impressed us with all the knowledge he had on the Acadia. He certainly is a salesperson who goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your experience. Overall it was our 4th leasing experience but our lst with GMC and it was the easiest dealership by far to work with. We never waited very long any time whether it was with Kelvin or the Sales Manager Mark Pike and even the Business Manager Anthony Lake. This leasing experience the quickest and easiest we have ever had. We have recommended Tully Buick GMC to our friends and am sure they will also have a great experience with the professional staff.
Hi, I recently purchased a 2017 GMC Canyon SLT from another dealer with 1650 miles on it and something called Teen Driver was active on it. The dealer I purchased it from was unable to reset the Teen Driver mode and suggested I call GMC. After multiple calls to GMC, OnStar, and trips to four other dealers who all told me they had never heard of resetting the Teen Driver, I spoke with a women named Cassidy in your Service department who took down my contact information and told me that she would look into the issue and get back to me. The next day I received a call from Chris Proteau who had asked me to stop in when I had time and he would be happy to look into the issue for me. I stopped in to Lannan Chevrolet after work and Met Chris who took a look at my truck and was able to reset the computer in a matter of minutes. The great customer service that I received from Chris and Cassidy was exceptional and beyond any service experience I have received at any other dealer. Moving forward You will be my first choice for all my automotive needs.
Brought in my 1984 Corvette for a window regulator replacement. They no longer make replacement regulators and you have to retrofit one from a later C4 model. I brought my own part and was received right away. Mark was very informative and kept me in the loop throughout the process. Even though the job is notorious for being annoying, the tech did a fantastic job, and everything is working perfectly. Additionally, the window glass was cleaned, and the door panel was put back together with care before I received my car. Overall it was a great experience and I would trust them again with an unconventional job. And a big thanks to the tech
I drove down from Vermont to purchase a 2015 VW Beetle. The car was in showroom condition, Jonathan was knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. The sales process was handled quickly and I was soon headed back to Vermont. Great price!

I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
