I purchased my new Ram after a friend of mine bought one and told me about their service. My entire deal was struck over the phone and I picked up my truck without even test driving it. But that is a quirk of mine! They were Southwest Autoplex back in December but were already changing over to Sterling motors. They gave me lifetime free oil changes and since I only get to Jennings when I have court, they agreed to take me to court if I dropped the truck at their dealership.
Very impressive to me.

This is one of the best cars I have ever owned as it is a money saving car that has great space for my kids and to top it off it looks great!
This car is no worse than other cars in this price range. It lacks individual style as it resembles other cars from competitors too. Its technology is glitchy, I have had to pull over multiple times to "fix" the infotainment center" , its features lack fluent design and are poorly engineered. I don't think this car is any worse than other cars out there, in its price range. But if your looking for a car that defines you as an individual, this cookie cutter car probably is not the one.
It has been my experience when dealing with the service department that they need a total reorganization to improve customer service. The service at the Chevrolet and Cadillac dealership in Jennings does not favorably compare with other service departments that I have dealt with in other cities. There is little coordination between the parts and service personnel to show when a part has been received for a service. They fail to notify the customer that the part has been received so the customer can schedule their vehicle in for the required service. When talking to the service representatives, their reply is that they are too busy and understaffed to follow up on each customer. The parts department doesn’t always inform the service department that the part has been received. So the customer keeps waiting to be called by the service department. This call is usually not made. I would hope the management at the Jennings Chevy dealership make a change on how the service department operates to provide better customer service in the future. A larger service department would help tremendously.

This car has plenty of space front and back has plenty of leg room and rides smooth love all the features first car with sunroof love it
