I found the car I was interested online and came in to the dealership and the entire process was flawless. I was in and out in no time and I'm so happy with my purchase of my Colorado. Both Keith and Marshall were very helpful and my sales rep was very informative. I will def be back!
The salesman Jimmy DelPorta was fabulous. He answered all my questions and gave me the time to make an informed decision on the purchase of the car. He did not rush me or pressure me to make a decision.
Once I was comfortable that I was well informed about the car, I called Jimmy and he had everything ready for me to walk in and but the car.
Once I purchased the car, Jimmy spend the time to go thorough all of the controls and systems.
Jimmy did an outstanding job for me.
I had a new service advisor Wesley Watkins. Kept me up to date on my service. He seemed to be very concerned about how long it was taking to finish my service. He did let me no they were a little short handed that day. Had a 2:30 appointment finished my truck around 3:45. All in all I had no big issue with waiting since I am retired. Jayson the new service manager introduced himself to me and apologized for the delay.
Lost transmission towing camper from Florida to Colorado. May 3rd. I coasted into the front of the dealership. I knew what was wrong. I just retired last year. 30 years in automotive after market. I sold parts to dealership's and any garage or repair shop in my market. ASE parts specialist. I looked at used Surburban's. I like my 2005. I went to the service department. Asked how long would it take to get a GM remanufactured unit. 10 minutes went by and I got my answer. We can have you back on the road tomorrow after lunch. I went for that deal. While we waited one of the salesmem offered to tow our camper over to used car department. Hooked us up with electric and water. We had our german sheapards with us too. They offered us a loaner car so we could get around while we waited. We didn't need that. We had a wonderful experience. This was one of the best experience in a repair shop I have had in a long time. I want to give everyone there a job well done. Thank you all because I must have spoken to most everyone. Lots of free coffee. Thank you again.
We received superior service from our salesman Toby and the whole staff at Rainbow Chevrolet. Big thanks the Mgr Mark for all his help in getting us in our truck. We would recommend them to everyone in the need of another vehicle.

We Drove all the way from Slidell to LaPlace because they had the BEST deal by far. Our buying experience from Rainbow Chevrolet was very smooth and stress free from the beginning to the end. We ordered a vehicle and there was a lot to work out and they were very patient with us getting what we wanted and needed. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with. Nothing to say really just hate the wait timing to get your car services an they don’t give out loaner until your car ready but other then that the wait timing could get better.. thank to Donald n ms Stacie from speeding up the work on my car..happy costume
