We purchased a Cadillac XTS and the experience was fantastic! Our salesperson, Dennis Sloyan could not have been better. No pressure and very accommodating. He explained all of the features of the various models and answered all of our questions. He took us to the various model vehicles to explain the features which was extremely helpful in making our decision. Malouf Cadillac is truly fortunate to have a sales person with the knowledge, and ability to relate to the customer. We would not hesitate to recommend Malouf Cadillac and especially Dennis Sloyan to any of our friends looking to purchase a Cadillac. Dennis has our business from this point on!
When I started my search for a new vehicle on line, Alexis was very helpful in getting me the information I needed to make an informed decision. I asked her not to overwhelm me with phone calls, text messages, etc. and she didn't. She simply provided the information I needed and told me when I was ready to contact her. Once I arrived at Global I worked with Riley who had a good energy about him and was very accommodating in showing me a few vehicles that I was interested in. We did a test drive, worked out pricing and I left there with my new 2019 Chevy Equinox. Overall a great experience. I have bought vehicles from Global before and will continue to go back in the future.
Last August I brought a 2015 Mercedes from this company, The sales person didn't Have any knowledge about the vehicle all the sales people left me in the office alone while they when to the back room very unprofessional.
Very easy experience getting a car from Sam...He was patient and knowledgeable about the car we wanted...When we had more questions he bought his manager over to try and accomodate us the best he could.
We paid and drove off with a great car!

Chris was the first person we met with upon entering the dealership. He was attentive and friendly, never pushy about anything like most other dealerships are. We first took a test drive and Chris pointed out all the features of the vehicle. We then built the car out online to try and get a rough idea for what the price would be for all the features I wanted. Originally, I was planning to get the LT and Bryan went so far as to find an exact match for the vehicle I wanted that he was ready to bring a car in from Michigan to get it to us. Furthermore, the first price that was given to us was well under what we were expecting, enough so that we asked them to give us a price on the Premier trim and the price that came back on that is what we're expecting the LT to be after we went through some negotiating. Brendan came to introduce himself early in the process and was helpful in explaining the warranties and drew everything out on paper for us. Upon signing all the paperwork, we met with Eric who helped us handle everything with the insurance company. Would recommend these guys for getting a good deal on a car, will write another review upon my first service trip there.

As a female sales management professional in a premium brand category, I was both anxious and excited to buy my next new vehicle. I consider myself a brand loyalist and if I love my experience somewhere, they will not only earn my trust, but my future business as well. I was ecstatic to go to the new Ciocca Chevrolet of Princeton even on what turned out to be a windy and cold night, only because the experience was top notch. I was greeted by Joe Vazquez.....outgoing, well put together, savvy and enthusiastic. Not to mention....sharp! Joe "peeled away at the layers of the onion" as we like to use this analogy in our own world. He asked me questions to get right to the heart of what I not only wanted, but NEEDED! He put me in just the right vehicle for ME and that is what exemplary service is all about. The rest of the experience was made further superior with the help of the Manager and Finance Team. I could not have asked for this experience to have been any better if I wrote the scenario myself. James worked with Joe on pricing I could afford and Brendan and Zach made sure I understood extended warranties, the Ciocca Promise and what I should expect as customer.....or in my world, a CLIENT! Thank you guys for a wonderful car buying experience. I will be in tomorrow with some homemade goodies for all of you and to show off my new Chevy Equinox!
On Tuesday November 14th 2017 we purchased a vehicle from Johnny at Burns Auto and Truck Center. I was giving great customer service. The professionalism was awesome everything that I expected was provided. Johnny was great and walking through everything that I was doing and needed help with. And Gene the finance mgr was great at helping me get into the vehicle I want it. The facility was very clean organized and do appearances all the vehicle look great. At the end of the day after we drove 10 hours that day to get our vehicle we're very pleased and very happy for the service the staff provided to us. Johnny and you.Gene thank
