I absolutely LOVE my new 2018 Chevy Malibu. Dmitri Kostyuk and Rolando Deluna were awesome!! I had a 2016 Malibu that I had WON as part of the NWI Times & Chevy Dealers contest. I was devastated when a young girl plowed into my car while my 18 year old daughter was driving it. (Her and her friends came out with only minor scratches - best car ever in safety features!!) I didn't want to have to replace it and end up having to put additional dollars towards it over what the insurance settlement provided. I found a 2018 demo that allowed me to purchase this car dollar for dollar from insurance money. I looked at other vehicles in my price range and nothing compared to this. This is my third Malibu, and I love it! Thank you Demtri and Rolando! I came from Griffith to get this car and it was worth the drive !
From the moment I walked into mike Anderson Chevy, to the moment the Chevrolet trax keys were put in my hand, I felt comfortable & at ease. Wally was thoroughly knowledgeable, & answered all of my numerous vehicle questions. He was also very patient, allowing me to test drive 2 different types of suv’s & compare, as I have issues with my visibility when I’m driving, due to my height. Also, the sales manager Huz was very friendly & answered all of my questions regarding leasing vs financing. He listened to my needs & helped me make the best decision for me & my lifestyle. After a week with my new Trax, I am completely satisfied with my purchase, & I will definitely recommend Mike Anderson Chevrolet to all of my friends & family. It was a wonderful experience.
when asked to inspected passager side loose air spoiler, later response: something heavy hit it, go see a body shop about the clip. 1, there was no dent on the spoiler therefore, nothing heavy could have hit it 2. no discussion just go to a body shop- which was rather rude.
WHAT - now a review title - what's with this site? It's a REVIEW of a specific dealer!!!! Also, there needs to be a third option for your "recommend this dealer" because right now, it's a maybe which is why it's going to be answered as NO. Why do you need to know where I live? Suggest adding an area instead.
Robert Hamilton was the one that helped me and my husband out with the whole process, he was very helped and ver knowleable as well. I appreciate him not being pushy as most sales representatives are. He was overall awesome, very easy to talk to as well. Purchased my first Chevy Equinox thanks to him.
I had a wonderful experience taking my car in for some long overdue service. I was made aware that it would take a couple of hours to complete, and I didn't want to spend all that time at the dealership. Not being an app savvy person that uses Lyft and/or Uber services, I had asked my son to take me to the nearby mall while the car was being worked on. Unfortunately, he wasn't available. He did mention to ask the dealership for a courtesy vehicle. After dropping off my car and before I even had the chance to ask about a courtesy vehicle, Jessie had asked if I would like to be taken to the mall. This made my day, much easier than filling out paperwork for a loaner. On top of taking me to the mall, they called to let me know when the work was done, and where they would pick me up. I'm so happy I purchased my car at Ziegler Ford.
Just picked up a new 2019 Chevy Equinox from the only salesman that gets my business (Tony Volturo)! I've lost count on the number of Vehicles I've purchased from Tony but the process is always a breeze and I'm in and out with the best possible deal every time so I will be a customer for life!
Attentiveness of the sales agent, and his knowledge of the vehicle. Sensitivity of the sales agent to the needs of the customer. Dedication to his job, specially after we learned that he was at work, on his desk, on his day-off!
We went to look at a used truck here. The sales person introduced himself almost immediately and began asking questions to help us find what we were looking for. Already had a truck in mind based off the website. We went for a test drive and he was very helpful with all of our questions. The manager and sales rep spoke with us after the test drive and were more than willing to work with us. I did not have that good gut feeling about the vehicle and they were definitely understanding. While we did not purchase the truck, it was a great experience regardless. I cannot rate them on service. The facility was nice but seemed a little crowded and not personal (deals made at open tables with many other people around).
I got the car I wanted at the price I was willing to pay with no hassle! Great customer service and experience with everyone I Worked with. Very helpful throughout the whole process from financing to setting up onstar.
I worked with With Emily back in August to replace my truck, she was great. This week my mom needed to replace her car. Since I had such a good experience working with Emily I went back to work with her again. She was great, she helped us find a 2017 with low mileage that was a good fit for what my mom was looking for.
