Yesterday, I got a car from Bergey???s Chevrolet for the 3rd consecutive time. After working with Matthew Cerefice on the previous two, I went straight to him for the third. Each transaction was unique, but this one was complicated and dragged out more than a week. Matt handled it excellently and was great at staying in touch with me throughout. When we finally got to the signing stage, it went quickly, without a hitch. I used Bergey???s service for my previous 2 vehicles and will continue to do so for my 3rd. This is a family-run dealership that evidently supports work/life balance for its employees, and employs good people. I highly recommend supporting it by shopping there for a car.
Went to Outten Chevy for an oil change and tire rotation and as always it was an amazing experience. They got me in and out extremely fast and my service adviser Bill was very friendly and had great customer service.
Al was my salesman. I had trouble getting a loan because of my credit but he worked really hard to take care of it for me. He made me feel very comfortable - never pressured, never rushed! Then he really took his time showing me all the details of the car to make sure I was comfortable driving it away. He made me feel like a family member!

Worked with used car manager directly. Did not waste my time I have my top dollar and they met my price which was aggressive. Then they have communicated very well through the 3 week process as I am 1100 miles away

Had a less than spectacular experience with Del Chevrolet about 4 years ago, so we were reluctant to try it again. After a little research and having seen such great reviews for Mark, we decided to give it a try. I'm glad we did. Mark did a great job not only asking what our needs were, but actually LISTENED to what they were.
I am happy to say this trip to Del was night and day different from dealing with the former employee we had in 2014. That salesperson is apparently no longer with the company. Dealing with Mark and Jeff (and I'm sorry I can't recall your finance guy's name) was pleasant and we didn't feel pressured into a particular vehicle, or feel as though we were trapped there (last time felt like we were prisoners). And even though the cashier was wrapping things up for the night, we didn't feel rushed when we hit a payment snag trying to process the down payment. She was patient, friendly, and super helpful.
The long and short of it is I got exactly what we had discussed with no surprises at signing . Everyone was straightforward, understanding, and helped me get into a vehicle that I am having a ball driving.
My wife and I went looking for a new SUV. We were met by a great sales person John Stetzer who was great. He was not pushy but very knowledgeable and really went out of his way to make sure my family was taken care of. Best car buying experience we ever had will be buy any car in the future from CarSense and will ask for John Stetzer.
