Just leased a 2019 Jeep Cherokee this week! What a present experience, Pete was beyond helpful even driving to another dealership to get the color I wanted. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this dealership and Pete!!!!
First time car buyer, and I don't think I could of had a better experience anywhere else. The staff were very friend, knew exactly what they were talking about, and exactly what I wanted. I would recommend this place to all friends and family that are looking for a cadellic!
Everyone at Hertz was extremely friendly and low pressure. Bob McClean was my salesperson and he was very helpful throughout the process and answered all of my questions. The sales manager made a point to introduce himself and remind me that there was no pressure to buy.
There was no negotiation process; the car was already below the Kelly Blue Book average price. It was also a couple hundred cheaper than what they had listed online. I believe this is intentional because they have such a high volume of used rental cars they are trying to offload. I've had the car for a few months and haven't had any problems whatsoever.
The other dealers I had gone to previously had offered similar cars for several thousand dollars more and their salespeople were always trying to talk me into paying more than I wanted. Hertz was the complete opposite. The whole process was easy and low pressure. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a used car.
Terry Smith Jr was very personable and nice in trying to get me into a new vehicle. Although I was not approved for a vehicle with Marina, I still very much appreciate the service and professionalism showed to me by Mr. Smith. I will definitely refer friends and family to him if interested in purchasing a vehicle.

I was seeking a newer used Silverado with several specific wants and needs. I located the best choice at Bidleman Chevrolet Buick GMC (700 miles from my home in NC). Shawn worked with me several days (via text, email & calls) to complete the deal and answered all my questions regarding making a long distance purchase from out of state. Travis advised me regarding resolving some special financial arrangements that had to be completed at my end. When I arrived to pick up the Silverado, I was greeted by Shawn and a dealership of very friendly outgoing and courteous people. The truck was ready and waiting. The final paperwork for the purchase was completed and every thing was good-to-go. It it was a smooth process and I am completely pleased with the truck. I would recommend Bidleman Chevrolet Buick GMC to buyers... local or long distance.
First time visiting the dealership. Everyone was friendly, not pushy and very knowledgeable. They did try to push the complimentary donuts on us! We looked at three different used vehicles and Kyler helped point out the good and bad features on each one. We test drove two of the GMC's and decided right then which one we wanted. We are very happy with the vehicle and would definitely recommend them even though they are about an hour from us.
My husband and I came in here and our sales rep Ryan was extremely friendly and was very patient with all the questions that we had about the vehicle. When it came to our trade in the worked with us and we worked out a reasonable compromise, and they were forthcoming with the explanation of how they came to their figure. It was a nice change. Next came financing, I came in pre approved and the worked to beat my rate and got me a fantastic deal! Will recommend Ryan and Auction direct to friends and family!!
This was my first time buying a car through a dealership and it was a very pleasant and successful experience! Ryan W helped me get a loan and worked for a payment plan that would fit me perfectly. Definitely a very personable staff. Oh, and i love my car !!

My brother-in-law purchased a truck from this dealer and highly recommended it. I was pleased with the prompt attention and polite service. I called to see if the 2 impalas I was interested in had remote starts, a feature I was looking for. Ryan said he would check and got right back to me, texted me the address of the dealership and our appointment time. The whole experience was pleasant and respectful.
My lease was expiring soon so I was combing the area GM dealers while looking for my next car. Even though they were a bit of a distance for me they provided the best pricing and best customer service of any of the dealerships that I visited. My salesperson David went more out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with the car and the purchase than any salesperson that I've ever encountered. Everyone that I came in contact with at the dealership was excellent and I would highly recommend checking them out!
Exceptional customer service. Originally started with an E-mail inquiring about a car for sales. Responses were quick, professional and answered my questions. When we went there to look at the car they were very accommodating and no pressure to buy. We purchased the car we inquired about. Buying a car has never been an enjoyable experience, but this was very comfortable and pleasant!
They get you in and out fast with the paperwork. So make sure you take the time to read everything in the contract, I didnt. They told me my payment amount and that I would receive the undercoating/rust protection. What they didn't bother to tell me was that my last payment on the loan would be just over 13k. The salesmans answer to this was just trade it in before that time. And then what? It doesn't just go away. Then they didnt even bother to tell me that the bank would only finance the amount for the truck plus the warranty, so the rust protection got omitted. I didn't find out until I was calling to ask when it was going to happen. After I spoke to them about that I sat down and read everything. Yes way late, I know. So do yourself a favor if you go there and dont let them rush you out the door with a new car/truck.
Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable staff that was quick to respond to my questions and returned all my calls in a timely manner. All in all an exceptional group.
