Chose the option to deliver to my office. I went our for lunch and my car was waiting me! Pretty cool - didn't have to waste my weekend driving around to dealers and talking to a bunch of people - oretty similar to buying on Amazon - just picked my car, did the financing online, and in 48 hours it was at my office and they took my old car away. Couldnt be easier

I have the Malibu RS and it is one of the best handling cars I have owned and I have had no problems with this car I like the overall design of this car and I would recommend this car to my friends and family and by the way it is very comfortable.

Overall a good experience, it was hard finding the price I was looking for as this dealership refused to negotiate at all even if their value was far beyond KBB! I waited 3 months and almost gave up when I found exactly what I was looking for at the price the was fair! They didn’t know how to service the vehicle properly, even though it was serviced.... luckily it sounds like they might reimburse me, we will see how much!?

Paid $18,300.00 for a new LS including remote start, tinted windows upgraded rubber and carpet mats. I get 44 mpg and 33 around town. Now with the gas at $4.79 for reg it's the best investment I made in a while.

Salesman David Walker was very personable and honest. Cindy Ruiz took care of our accessories for our 2022 Silverado 2500 HD and both did a fantastic job! Bought a Nissan Altima with a rebuilt title. They swore that it was in good condition even though it was in a pretty terrible wreck. They were very nice and got us in and out quickly. Bought it because of the great price, and went and had it checked out by my local mechanic who found various problems including bad breaks and one of the tires not being fully attached. Please check your cars just to be safe.

We told Guillermo what our needs were and the dealership had enough stock so that we were able to make a selection that suited our needs. He listened to us, and provided information without being pushy. Thank you Guillermo, we are enjoying our new car.

The service I received was professional and efficient. They made the car buying process so easy and did a great job at explaining everything thoroughly. I was in and out and was able to purchase the perfect car for me.

James was very competent and knowledgeable. My only issue was I did not get the truck that I wanted. There was some confusion about the type of truck. I drove a 4x2 truck on the test drive. I actually was looking to purchase a 4x4 truck. The truck I bought was nice but it was not what I wanted. I should have paid more attention during the buying process. Not happy at all with my purchase!!! I will be looking to try and trade this truck in for the one I wanted. I have already contacted several dealer ships for options on getting the truck that I want. Overall the buying process was great just got the wrong truck! The actual truck that I wanted was at the dealership.

I talked to Damon for a week about a Volkswagen car and he gave me all the information I need. I am living in the Houston area, so he kept in touch with me during the week to let me know that the car was still available for sale. He added $15 for the test drive out of his pocket so that i try the car. He was friendly and approachable during the transaction as well, and he was answered all the questions I had, without being annoyed. I recommend him and Hertz Car Sales.
