I talked to Damon for a week about a Volkswagen car and he gave me all the information I need. I am living in the Houston area, so he kept in touch with me during the week to let me know that the car was still available for sale. He added $15 for the test drive out of his pocket so that i try the car. He was friendly and approachable during the transaction as well, and he was answered all the questions I had, without being annoyed. I recommend him and Hertz Car Sales.

Got oil changed. I specified that the previous time they failed to check the other fluids and I was assured that this time they would do it but they did not. I needed to use my windshield washer fluid and it was on empty. It’s still on empty that’s how it was when I took it in.
