I was looking to replace a 15 year old vehicle and came back to Crown, as we had a good experience a couple of months earlier replacing an older van. I found a great used car with low mileage at a price that I was able to fit into my budget. I enjoyed working with Sam again as she wanted to be sure I was comfortable with my purchase. Enjoying the new ride very much.
I had slowly been looking for a 4 door Jeep Wrangler. The first dealership didn't answer my emails or respond to a voicemail. On a Saturday, we went in & met Ben Lindemulder. Test drove what I thought I wanted but what they had in stock is not what I wanted. He started looking right away. After getting home, my husband had a few changes to our list, Ben took it in stride. I went the next Saturday and Ben & I worked through options for getting a car in. He had it on Monday and I picked it up. The only wrinkle in that process was the other dealership put them off until late afternoon, and it was a drive for them to go get the jeep. Because it was late, even though it was not their fault, they came up with a plan to take care of me for the late delivery. The staff stayed late to get it ready, and do the paperwork. No grumbling about doing that. After getting it home, I found a little issue, and they were not obligated to take care of the, but they had me bring it back in. I've never had a dealership that works so hard to keep you happy.
My husband and I purchased a Buick LaCrosse from Crown motors in 1912 and was very happy with the treatment we received. Very courteous thoughtful and helpful consideration from Craig Baas. Whenever we came to the dealership we were treated very well and all of our needs were met. When I need a new car I knew that I wanted to have the same treatment. I purchased my new Buick LaCrosse Avenir from Crown Mitors with Mr Craig Baas taking care of every thing I needed. I very much appreciate the care I received. The service department is exceptional. I daughter after Cody Patterson after a recommendation from a friend, who typically is a harsh critic. Cody went above and beyond in meeting my families needs. I went in expecting upfront honestly from a salesman who would work with my budget, and left with that and more. I have never had a better car buying experience.
I went into Elhart Hyundai to get a new vehicle and Junior took great care of me while we were getting me into the vehicle I wanted. Caryn was wonderful as she got me a loan with a great interest rate. I could not be happier. They even followed up to make sure things are good with the new vehicle.
I had a great experience with John Tapper Chevrolet. After I was hit from behind, and my car was totaled, I found the exact replacement car I wanted with a very specific set of options at Tapper Chevrolet in Paw Paw. I booked a flight from Orlando (where I live) to Detroit, then rented a car from there to Paw Paw. This was a new experience for me, and I was pretty worried about getting to the dealership and being pressured into a deal for a car I didn't want. I was pretty much at their mercy. But the car was exactly as described, was below the KBB price, and the purchase process couldn't have been easier. They were even able to get a percentage rate for me that was almost 2 points better than my pre-approved financing. Thank you, Tony Serignese and Tapper Chevrolet!
Let me just say that after looking for a new car for over 3 years, I’m really surprised that I didn’t check this dealership out sooner. Not only did they have the vehicle I wanted, the professionalism that was used during the process was truly mind blowing, thank you SHGMC
Everything went fine, with the exception that i specifically asked for my tire pressure to be checked so that the warning light would go off. I drove off with the same pressure i came in with, it was not checked.
Inquired into an auto they had for sale. I was contacted quickly; however, the vehicle I inquired about was no longer available. other vehicles available were not what I wanted or interested in. Purchased another vehicle at a local dealership.
