I worked with Tim to finalize the purchase of my 1994 Land Cruiser. We communicated both by text and phone calls. He was very responsive, and addressed all my needs in a timely manner. As we were finalizing the deal, I even got text messages from John and Carrie (the owners). They wanted to let me know they appreciated my business and regretted being unable to meet me in person, as they were on vacation at the time. They did a complete service on my vehicle prior to purchase, and the Toyota dealer confirmed that all work had been done properly and showed good attention to detail (I think TLC was their actual phrase). I’ve dealt with unscrupulous used car salesmen in the past; there wasn’t a whiff of that in any of my dealings with K & B.
It was a positive experience and I would buy from them again.
You guys are awesome! I was on a road trip, far from home. I showed up with no appointment at 3pm on a Friday the day after thanksgiving with an issue with my tires. I didn't feel safe driving home on them. You guys took me right in, called the third party company that handles payment on my company car, got payment, had the tires in stock, and then put them on the car. I was in and out in under an hour! I have a fleet of 15 cars for work and I never had an experience with any dealer even with an appointment that great! You guys rock, you really helped me out and I made it home to California safe! Thank you so much!

Overall very satisfied. The only comment would be regarding the time from purchase to actually driving off in car. Hours went by mostly because of the cars appearance (water spots, what looked like flaws in clear coat) Too long but when finished, very satisfied.
I met Jesus on Wednesday night to look at a car that I had seen online, but it had been sold previously that day. He wanted my husband and I to take a test drive in the same make/model car, but we declined. Jesus was a no pressure salesman and let us leave without talking with anyone else or taking test drive. We called him back the next day to take a test drive in a the same car, different color and we loved it. We bought it for the price we hoping to pay, he gave us a fair trade in on our vehicle and the finance person was no pressure at all. I must say, it was the best all around buying experience we have had in a very long time! I had never bought a car from Lithia, but this buying experience with Jesus, at Nissan, has made us believers in Lithia's customer service. Thank you Jesus and Lithia Nissan, you have made 2 new customers for life!
