Great milage, bad traction & inadquate headlights

The worst front wheel drive car I've ever had. Lost traction at slow speed just in the rain! Lousy headlights, very difficult to see at night. Comfortable seating, but everyone had difficulty getting out - car sits too low. Paid a lot for it used, but doesn't hold value. Had a lot of recalls. Experienced more repairs than any other car. Large trunk but small opening, so could not fit anything deeper than a small cooler. Test drove the Impala prior to the Malibu - they both make a big clunk, like there is a log rolling around in the back during sudden stops. Would never recommend either car.
We visit to see the black manual Mustang and inquired on newer Mustang that showed up on Stokes Honda North website that had no information on the Transmission . They told us they called Stokes Honda North and that it was not manual. I checked again today on Stokes Honda North website and it is actually a manual. Did they lie or could not get the correct information over the phone?

Very reliable and safe for trip on the road. Has a nice body and spacious interior. Looking forward to the many options in has to offer.
I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation while on vacation in Hilton Head and went to MR Chevrolet in Bluffton. Being from out of town I wasn't sure how I would be treated as a non local customer. From the moment I arrived the service department exceeded my expectations! I arrived early and they checked me in and didn't make me wait at all. They started before my appointment time! While waiting I had an opportunity to meet the owners sister and operations director Audre and she was amazing! I discovered they have Ohio roots as well. Audre and staff went out of there way to delver an amazing service experience. They had water and coffee available to customers and allowed me to look at a Corvette prior to the sales teams arrival. I can't say enough about Reichenbach Chevrolet if you want an honest good down to earth customer experience from folks that care about their customers than this is the dealership you must visit. A++++++

It’s a great car, fun to driver very comfortable. I love the sunroof and these power seats are the best I’ve ever had. There is a lot of room for all of my passengers.
I was in the market for a 2015 Chevrolet truck. Originally I was looking for a WT Colorado. Eventually I was told they couldn't find one with the options I was looking for. I was shown a Silverado instead because the sales manager thought it would fit my needs better, and would still be within the price range I was trying to stay in. He was spot on. I absolutely love my truck and had a great experience working with the whole team. Everyone was very helpful and extremely polite. I felt like a real priority.

Not great. This car has given me headache after headache. The steering keeps popping. I have trouble with the paint chipping since day 1. The heater had problems within 2 months. Now, at 36,000 miles, the car interior is leaking from the windshield. on a trip the battery for the auto stop did not work after a long trip on the expressway.
The people at Vaden in Beaufort are very friendly and professional. They got me checked in quickly without rushing, answered my questions and served with a good attitude. They treated me and my car with respect and I appreciate that.

This car is no worse than other cars in this price range. It lacks individual style as it resembles other cars from competitors too. Its technology is glitchy, I have had to pull over multiple times to "fix" the infotainment center" , its features lack fluent design and are poorly engineered. I don't think this car is any worse than other cars out there, in its price range. But if your looking for a car that defines you as an individual, this cookie cutter car probably is not the one.
Overall great experience. Jake was a great salesman. Made the process as simple as possible

The Malibu is a very comfortable car to drive, plenty of interior room. Pretty good on gas mileage. I would definitely recommend this car to anyone.
