SVG Urbana salesman Jack, has got to be the best salesman I have ever dealt with. I looked for weeks for a good used S-10 with low miles and in good shape and he found me one. He met my price and made sure it was in very very good condition. He's honest, caring, friendly and treated me like I was family. He said he wouldn't put me in something he wouldn't drive. He test drove it with me to make sure I was satisfied with this truck. He is the best. He surely adds a plus to SVG dealership. Thank you Jack so very much,. I just love my (Black Beauty) . Our salesman was Chase what a fantastic experience I have bought from them before and not been disappointed would highly recommend this dealership. Found exactly the car we were looking for and at a great price the whole experience was easy and pleasurable.
After searching every dealer in Ohio for a nice used cadillac with low mileage and a clean CARFAX we came back to where we started and bought one. Joe and associates were outstanding to work with they knew their margins and cut us a great deal with the interest rate we could afford.
We went to look at one vehicle, but it wasn't what we wanted. So asked what else they had and they had the perfect one for the perfect price. We had missed it online for some reason. Very happy with the whole process. It took us longer to make a decision that it did to do the paperwork.

I've been taking my Acura TL for service since Honda Marysville's $39/39 minute deal can't be beat. I went yesterday, and for the first time, the line for an oil change was very long. I really needed it done, and luckily I brought some work with me to do while I waited. Jason was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. My wait was a bit over 90 minutes, and sure enough, they stood by their 39 minute guarantee. The work was done, my car was clean, and Jason made me feel like a valued customer. I have 2 Acuras and will only bring them here for service. A+!
I bought a used vehicle with no warranty.I had to purchase extended warranty.I. let the salesman know where I wanted the payment to be he came back with a offer higher than I wanted I told him I couldn't do that he got cocky with me so I walked out.I was on my way home when he called with an offer that I needed which was made by his boss.So if it wasn't for his boss getting involved I would of went somewhere else to get a truck.
I was interested in a car they had online and emailed them a few times for an estimate on the vehicle taking my trade into consideration. Gave them mileage, VIN #, etc but never heard back. Then they emailed me asking if I'm still shopping. I said yes here is the car I'm interested in gave them my trade info again but no response.
Ron was a great help. He went the extra mile to help me not have to come back when there were some issues with their finance system (out of their control). It was good experience for my son who went along to see how buying a car works, and a great example of what he should expect.
As far as the sales staff they were top notch couldn't ask for a better experience Darla went way above and beyond get this sale done and I'm here to say I couldn't be made happy with the way she handled our situation kudos to you I would easily suggest someone I know who's in search of a new or used car to check out this dealership
I recently purchased a certified pre owned vehicle from Springfield Buick GMC Cadillac. I did a lot of homework and scoured lots around Ohio to find what I wanted. Not only did they have the vehicle I wanted but I was shocked when they set up an appointment to look at it. Kyle Hughes made sure the vehicle was fueled up, clean, and was waiting for me at opening. Kyle had a detailed knowledge of the vehicle and all of its features. Other dealerships I had visited it had been very clear the extent of the salesperson's knowledge stopped at 'gee, it's a nice car'. Kyle was friendly, down to earth, and was nonsense, no pressure. He went out of his way to answer any and all questions both before and after the sell. I'd also like to give a shutout to Holly Bundy, the finance manager. She made the transaction quick and painless. It's very clear that Springfield Buick GMC Caddilac takes good care of their employees and their customers. They are all friendly and really seem to enjoy their job. I would definitely recommend them and when I'm in need of a new vehicle again I will be going back.
