WOW. I shopped around for probably 8 hours this past weekend and Mazda was my last stop (wish it was my first). I am thoroughly impressed with the overall service and help that Cody L. provided me. I had lots of questions, and he had lots of answers. I walked in tired, annoyed, and honestly just over car shopping (remember, out 8 hours already) and he was just so positive and up beat that it made it such a great experience from the moment I stepped foot in the door, to the moment I left with new car keys in hand. EVERYTHING felt easy. Thank you Morries Mazda for doing a wonderful job overall! I am extremely pleased and will absolutely be returning for my next one.

This is the car that I sought out, discovered, and purchased. So far, it has served my needs and I am very satisfied. I will continue driving GM products.
I am in love with my new to me BMW 535xi! I want to thank Alkon for such an easy process and walking me through my first finance car deal. (Without my parents) I saw the car online and it was a fantastic price. When I came in they pulled the car up for me as I waited quite excited.. The car was amazing, but being a beemer I decided to take it to my mechanic (which they had no problem with me doing so) Besides the car needing a light bulb my mechanic said it’s a great car and not to pass up the good deal. He did recommend for me to do regular maintenance to prolong the life of the car. I came back to the dealership and they replaced my lightbulb by the time I was done with the paperwork and guess what! My first oil change at Import Auto is free! This has been such an amazing experience. I am definitely recommending these guys to everyone and when I’m ready will come back for another car once I’m done with Gunter (yes I named my car!) Thank you so much =D

Had my oil changed - the oil filter was leaking just a little. I called, they said bring it in. Fixed it with a new oil filter and didn't charge me for it. I'm very happy. I've been bringing my Suzuki SX4 in for service since it was new in 2010. Best car I've ever had - best dealership service department I've ever dealt with! John Pfiefer is just great. Thanks again!

Just bought, best used car I’ve ever had. Rides really smooth. Very roomy interior. It’s the limited edition and nicer than some very pricey luxury cars .
My experience was a good one. The people were friendly and courteous. I found what I was looking for somewhere else but if I hadn't I'll be right back there.

Not great. This car has given me headache after headache. The steering keeps popping. I have trouble with the paint chipping since day 1. The heater had problems within 2 months. Now, at 36,000 miles, the car interior is leaking from the windshield. on a trip the battery for the auto stop did not work after a long trip on the expressway.
My experience was great the dealer worked with me to make sure I got what I was looking for he listened to my needs and worked with me when I wasn’t satisfied. I liked the location and the set up. My customer service experience was great there was someone available to help me and answer all my questions

I love this car. Lots of leg room and trunk space. My sons are tall guys and they have plenty of room to ride. I do wish it had a back-up cam...but all in all...5 stars!

Water leaks into trunk

Mfg nor dealership will take responsibility for mfg default with water leaking into trunk. Constantly sopping water out with towel. Sealant tape is cracking and showing signs of rot. Water builds up arounf extra battery on driver side behind tail light. Nice ride, descent mileage(not good avg 24). Ive had two diagnostics done. One by dealership they waived 125$, another frebbie by auto body shop. Im having to lay in trunk while raining and storming trying to pin point leak. Can hardly wait to get my FORD ranger going and get rid of this black mold collecting vehicle.
I bought a vehicle for my daughter and she wanted the exact vehicle the dealership had on the lot. I was recommended to meet with Jen Michels and I was so glad I did!! Jen was extremely personable and made the whole buying experience an absolute enjoyable with her knowledge and enthusiasm, but most of all the initiative she took in making sure the vehicle measured up to my high expectations. Jen went above and beyond her normal work duties throughout the sales process and she even answered a few last questions on her day off. The next time I am in the market to buying another car I will definitely be calling Jen and would above highly recommend Jen with Apple Ford Shakopee to anyone in search of a vehicle!!

The electronic transmission sucks xxx! Car technically shuts down at stops to conserve fuel. It will roll backwards if you stop on a hill. Electronic stuff going crazy, now when I put it in park a warning ’’ comes up and says ’shift to park’.. Last night we shut the car off, the shift to park warning came up, the lights and the radio wouldn’t shut off and the key fob was in my husbands pocket and when he shut the door it honked like it does when the key is left inside. I’m so glad this xxxxxxis a lease!!! Don’t need to be stuck with the s#i+
It was a good experience. Got my truck in quickly and was very happy with how fast it was done

I only gave 4 stars because I would have liked heated seats LOL. I had a Volvo previously and it had a ton of bells and whistles. I didn't need all of that. Something to be said about heated seats though.
I recently wrote about how they are liars and steal money... I wanted to give an update since they contacted us about my previous review..
They looked at our car again, and did find the nails. They kindly replaced the tires.

Numerous repairs to the hvac system on this car and fighting to get gm to honor the certified warranty has convinced me to buy a different brand in the future. I learned the hard way that GM Certified is just a marketing tool.
I put in an order for a 2018 Toyota Highlander without AWD. It had all the other features I wanted, especially the color and trailer hitch. I thought I could live without AWD. After a few days I called back to cancel and get a refund of my deposit. The salesperson asked why and I told him the car did not have AWD and I decided not to buy because of that. He said ok and forwarded my call to the person who would refund my deposit. I got the refund in 3 days.

It’s a great car, fun to driver very comfortable. I love the sunroof and these power seats are the best I’ve ever had. There is a lot of room for all of my passengers.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.

This car is no worse than other cars in this price range. It lacks individual style as it resembles other cars from competitors too. Its technology is glitchy, I have had to pull over multiple times to "fix" the infotainment center" , its features lack fluent design and are poorly engineered. I don't think this car is any worse than other cars out there, in its price range. But if your looking for a car that defines you as an individual, this cookie cutter car probably is not the one.

Purchased used in 2011, low mileage, great condition (which is what sold me).
Soooo many problems with this car. I am baffled that the car has so many stars in this review.
Electrical issues across the board from day one.
Steering issues that were barely resolved (still moody)
Now, transmission issues making highway driving just painfully difficult.
NEVER will I buy a Chev again. The very fact that they let this car go out should reflect poorly on Chev.

Dave was very helpful in explaining all the features of this auto. There was absolutely no pressure on his part to sell us this van.
