Recently bought a used car here ~ I went to get the car's emissions test done right after I drove it off the lot & it failed the emissions test due to the check engine light suddenly coming on. I took the car back ~ they identified the problem. They said, "We WILL fix this." Not only did they order a new part for the car ~ THEY took the car for the emissions test ~ they loaned me a car to get back & forth to work. My car passed the emissions test straightaway ~ and they had my car ready for me to pick up LESS than 24 hours from the beginning of of this issue. Ralph & his crew are truly AMAZING! I bought a 2011 w/ 7k miles and now have 163k miles. Very few issues new water pump 5 years ago, 2 brake jobs, synthetic oil changes every 3k miles, replaced windshield wiper motor. Very good vehicle for the $. Buying slightly used saved me $7k.

I bought a Chrysler 300 from levis. A couple years ago. Customer service was great.I compared pricing to other dealerships and the price was on point. The were very transparent on pricing even showing a price comparison of other competitors. Also ,They threw in some custom rims 22in and a second set of when for $500. Car was in sound mechanical condition. Never had a problem with it. Will definitely be buying again.

Car runs great I own the hybrid version. My biggest complaint is the plastic parts on the interior mixed with leather and the paint job and window tinting socks paint chips and flakes with slightest impact window tint peeling after only 3 years

The car is awesome as I stated the services at the Homestead Branch was Horrible led by the General Sales Manager Mr. Quinones who is not a very nice or decent human being. To say the least the young man i was working with was new to sales approximately 2 months nothing toward him he was only following Mr. Quinones Directives.

My salesperson Felicia was friendly and helpful. I requested a minor repair to the vehicle and she was able to make it happen while I waited. This would have been a big issue for me since I live 2-1/2 hours from the dealership, so thank you Felicia for your help. The dealership itself is impressively high tech and modern looking. They were extremely busy that day, but everyone remained professional and friendly. The only drawback was that it was so busy that the paperwork part of the process took longer than I anticipated. I would recommend you not go in on a Saturday if you don?t have to. Other than that, it was a great experience and I?m thrilled with my new car!

Jeremy sold us our vehicle and he was absolutely amazing. Even though he had to juggle a few clients at a time, he always made us feel like we were his top priority. He kept us informed of how long something would take or how long we would have to wait while the paperwork was being done. I have owned BMW, Jeep, and GMC, I decided I didn't want to pay $60,000 plus for a vehicle anymore, I'm over it, lol, so I bought a 2018 Malibu Redline and I have to say...hands down my favorite vehicle I've ever owned! I constantly get compliments when I'm at the gas station on what a great looking car it is. I have the Redline pkg and blacked out the windows, it does look great! I love all the extras they put in the Malibu, drive asst, backup cameras, info center....etc. I have never had a problem, it's never let me down! A simple recall, easy fix, is all. This car is so comfortable, we travel a lot! I would highly recommend this vehicle!

It's good value for the money! The performance is very good for the price tag. The interior is very comfortable with a soft beige theme. The dashboard is dark brown, which looks good with the beige seats. The ambient lighting is not so bright, but it looks good. The driver's seat is electronically adjustable, which is pretty easy to adjust. Bought it in 2016. It has been more than six years with it! And no problems with anything. It's definitely not the most comfortable car, but it's worth more than the price. Its 3.0L engine for the full feature model gives an outstanding performance with 0-100 kph times of around 7 seconds, which is pretty good for a 1660kg car. Drove it more than 160,000 kilometers. Definitely one of the best cars for its price in every aspect

Not much special, but it's a solid car. Bought at 39k, put 14k on it since then and hasn't given me any issues. My grandfather owned an 2007 in the same color so when I saw it, I had to have it. Definitely would recommend, not a speed demon but solid for commuting and/or long distance travel with its 26mpg.
