I went car shopping a month ago. I hate car shopping but Damian was awesome. Knowledgable and no- pressure. He made the experience tolerable and that’s a major accomplishment because I hate car shopping.
I had called to check on a mini van I had seen on their website and I spoke to Bruce. I had a few questions about the seat, he proceeded to go out to the van and text me pictures about what I was seeing. I ended up going to the dealer (Over 1 hr drive away) to see and test the van, taking my sister with me. The customer service was great and not only did I end up buying the van, my sister ended up with a car for herself as well! Bruce went above and beyond helping us get our cars!
I've been to every dealership in the Sherman-Denison area. I always buy from Hoyte though. They treat you fair and give you fair prices. Randy in the used car sales is the best. I always enjoy working with him. The service department at Hoyte is always friendly. Every time I have a question Sam will always try and get me an answer.
The service and sales staff is always a delight to work with. I've never had any issues buying cars or having them serviced when it comes to this dealership. Bill Fisher in the service dept goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled efficiently. Great dealership. Good people.
it was a pleasure dealing with David Stafford. The entire process was seemless and transparent and was an enjoyable experience. will definitely seek out the assistance of David again should i be in the market for a new vehicle

So I contacted this dealership through Cars.com. I was interested in a vehicle that was listed but did not have photos or a price with it. I got an email back that night from a salesman who said he would get the information for me in the morning. He got me pictures and a price quote by the next afternoon. The vehicle turned out to be out of my price point, but I am confident that I would have loved to deal with this salesman. He was straight forward and honest. What else do you want from a car dealership?
I bought a new Ford in 2013 from Holiday Ford. So when I was looking for a new Chevrolet I thought I would check the website and see if they had what I was looking for. Sent an inquiry and Nic called me. The truck I found wasn't what I was looking for but Nic suggested another that was exactly what I needed. Bonus the price was less. Made the drive from Oklahoma to test drive and start the paperwork. Start to finish a great experience. Right truck right price Thanks Nic.
