Not great. This car has given me headache after headache. The steering keeps popping. I have trouble with the paint chipping since day 1. The heater had problems within 2 months. Now, at 36,000 miles, the car interior is leaking from the windshield. on a trip the battery for the auto stop did not work after a long trip on the expressway.
Been to several dealers there's a handful of dealships that I would consider doing business with and now this one I will add to the list. In my experience with magic city of Roanoke wether you close the deal or not they are willing to communicate and try to earn your business.

The Malibu is a very comfortable car to drive, plenty of interior room. Pretty good on gas mileage. I would definitely recommend this car to anyone.
Alan Klingaman was great to deal with from start to finish on the transaction. He spent extra effort to be sure we were comfortable with the advanced technology included in our beautiful new XC60. He also worked hard to streamline the buying process while at the dealership. I was pleased.

It’s a great car, fun to driver very comfortable. I love the sunroof and these power seats are the best I’ve ever had. There is a lot of room for all of my passengers.
My experience of having Kerry for my sales person was 10+++. He was much more like a consultant, always working to get the vehicle I desired in the color, the features, and at a price I could afford (even when I made last minute changes -his answer ‘we will make it happen’. This is the 3rd car we have purchased from this dealership in the last 4 years. Kerry will definitely keep us coming back. He answered all my questions and always with a smile even if I had ask it 3x before. With our other vehicles, I have always used Roberts at Platte ity and will continue. This is the car that I sought out, discovered, and purchased. So far, it has served my needs and I am very satisfied. I will continue driving GM products.
I can say without a doubt OBX Chevrolet is the absolute best car dealership in Eastern North Carolina and as far as I am concerned anywhere is the USA!
Marc Hellman and his team are just amazing. Our family has purchased 4 vehicles including my new Black Friday Deal, a new 2018 Silverado LT 2500 HD with the Z71 off road package.

Not a guy buy for the money

Not enough usb ports, very noisy ride, no cd player, interior poor, seats are not comfortable - gauges are different but looks good on the outside.

Had rear sensor problem #Warranty ran out there was a gray area about my bumper Talk to sales manger and he wanted me to be Satisfied he said they would fix everything true to there word they fixed it the fix was not cheap all the sensor bezels Had to be painted very pleased with way was handled

Our new Chevy Malibu Premier is the nicest car we have ever owned. It has all of the features that you would expect to find in a new Cadillac ATS or CTS. From the navigation systems to the cell phone charging system, the heated and cooling seats, the adaptive cruise control, parking assist, Bose radio, ride and handling, and the power of the 2.0l turbo, this car has it all !! If you are in the market for one, don't mess around, find a Premier with the Driver Confidence Packages. You will not be disappointed.

Water leaks into trunk

Mfg nor dealership will take responsibility for mfg default with water leaking into trunk. Constantly sopping water out with towel. Sealant tape is cracking and showing signs of rot. Water builds up arounf extra battery on driver side behind tail light. Nice ride, descent mileage(not good avg 24). Ive had two diagnostics done. One by dealership they waived 125$, another frebbie by auto body shop. Im having to lay in trunk while raining and storming trying to pin point leak. Can hardly wait to get my FORD ranger going and get rid of this black mold collecting vehicle.
Underriner Honda is the best and only place to go in town. Joe Scheffelman is so friendly and knowledgeable. This was our 3rd Honda Pilot and we would go nowhere else.
Only Brakes and oil changes

Been driving this car for 5 years now and have only had to change the oil and do the front brakes. (at 50,000 miles). Next to my 2001 Olds Alero (that got me shy of 300,000 miles) this is the best car I have owned.
I highly recommend Surprise Honda. I had been car shopping for a few months, but Surprise Honda is the only dealership who impressed me.
Every single person I met at their dealership was super friendly and helpful! They didn’t waste my time looking at cars i had no interest in.
They really listen. They showed me the exact car i wanted with all of my “must haves.” The facility is gorgeous. I’m looking forward to my service appointments and the Starbucks coffee!
bland style, lacks performance, Glitchy tech

This car is no worse than other cars in this price range. It lacks individual style as it resembles other cars from competitors too. Its technology is glitchy, I have had to pull over multiple times to "fix" the infotainment center" , its features lack fluent design and are poorly engineered. I don't think this car is any worse than other cars out there, in its price range. But if your looking for a car that defines you as an individual, this cookie cutter car probably is not the one.
It was a pleasure purchasing another new vehicle from this dealer. Cameron Stevens was my salesman. He was very well informed and attentive to my needs. I will purchase my new cars at O'Brien Motors. They are extremely easy to deal with and customer satisfaction is Number 1 with them.
Good starter car

Just bought this used 207 Chevy Malibu. Was previously a rental car so it was pretty well maintained. Had 41k miles. My only problems with it is that the autostop engine feature doe not have a disabling mechanism. I do t have the choice to use it or to disable it. And the gas seems to go pretty fast but the tank is pretty small so it makes sense and I life in a big city.
