I came into the service center to get my oil changed. Went into the sales office to talk about trading in my 2016 CX-9 with a new one. I had reduced a couple emails and mailers. After speaking with Austin Norman and driving a new 2018 CX-9, I decided to do the trade and purchase the 2018. My experience as always was incredible. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from the West Side Mazda location and will continue to as well as use their service department.

I liked everything except the new process for buying a prepaid service package. I liked the former process of receiving the maintenance book at the time that the package was purchased rather than having it mailed a month later.
Wayne is a great guy and goes the extra mile to get the deal done. He is a straight shooter and tells you upfront what to expect. We found the vehicle online and all descriptions were exactly as stated and the finance application which they sent us was very simple and we had an approval in a few minutes. Reneau had the vehicle pulled out for us ready to test drive and was very throrough and knowledgable in the process paperwork. He also stayed past closing for nearly 30 minutes on a Saturday to get everytning completed so that we could drive the Jeep Grand Cherokee home that day and not have to come back on Monday.
