So I went to Healey Kia yesterday, 7/21. Looking for a pre-owned vehicle. I had already contacted Pete Finkel (Sales) the day before and basically emailed him what I wanted, what I needed, what my budget was and that was that. Pete really listened to me and did his best to make sure I got everything I asked for. Not only did he stay way under my budget......he got me great financing (with not so great credit) and got me a car that I thought wasn't possible. I walked out of there with a brand new 2019 Kia Sorento! Not only is it gorgeous and comes with all the bells and whistles....like I said, it was totally affordable. I was more than a sale to Pete. Brandon in Finance was also patient and unbelievably helpful. He broke down everything for me so that there was no surprises. And once again, thank you Brandon for serving our country. The whole dealership is really fantastic. I 200% recommend Healey Kia and especially Pete. If you need a car....go there ASAP
“The Duke” does it again. This was my second time coming to Phil for a new truck and once again he had me leaving there with more than I expected and smiling from ear to ear. He and his team were able to put me in exactly what I wanted for less than I wanted to pay. I’ve bought many many vehicles and dealt with every type of salesman and I truly began to believe everyone of them were thieves, then I was referred to The Duke and I will not purchase from anyone but him. You better stay around buddy!!!!
I am a lifelong Ford owner, but the staff at Healey Chevy has softened my position on brand loyalty. The service staff at Healey Chevy in Poughkeepsie is top notch. The online appointment process was easy, I actually needed a Saturday appointment and they had one available, awesome. The professional and friendly staff as well as the comfortable customer lounge rounded out the great experience. I would consider purchasing a vehicle from Healey Chevy and will always use their service department. To be honest, over the many years, I have found that the quality of the service department at any given dealership is a true indicator of the quality of that business as a whole, just my experience at least.
I had a very good experience with Marchese Chevrolet. Ian and Chris were very friendly and knowledgeable. The entire experience went well. They got me the 2nd fob & key when promised. I would definitely recommend them again.
highly recommend taking a look at any car that Westchester Auto Exchange has in inventory. You will find only quality cars at reasonable prices. No junk cars from the auctions on this lot. I went, I looked, made a deal and bought the car. Jay made the process extremely easy, taking care of the taxes and DMV paperwork. He stayed in touch throughout and even handled my special requests gracefully. His ads are right on, with honest pictures and accurate descriptions. Certainly give WAE a look. When you do, there's really good chance you'll find your next ride there.
After struggling with an old Nissan being repaired but another dealership, we almost lost faith in Nissan. However, the sales manager and salesman, Michael Britt we have our faith back!

I was ready to trade-up from my 2015 Durango R/T because i needed more cargo space for my family and all our junk. The problem was i loved my Hemi V8 and the Durango......plus the whole car buying process is just stressful overall. So i narrowed it down to the new Yukon XL, Escalade and Navigator. I test drove the Escalade first....loved the V8 but i want crazy about the tail lights(skinny) and the flashy/shiny interior that had fingerprints/dust all over it just from a test drive....its that shiny black and i just could see keeping that clean would be a nightmare. Next the Navigator...only a V6 ....so that threw me off right away because i missed that V8 sound when accelerating and the back of the car(exterior) looked boxy....the inside is like a cockpit to a plane and the seats are to die for but all that extreme technology made me think more tech can mean more problems....lastly...the 2019 Yukon Xl Denali V8.....it looked spectacular(Tricolor White Frost) with Jet black interior....it had the perfect mix of tech(Apple CarPlay,wireless charging) heated/cooled seats,DVD etc and still had normal buttons and knobs to push. It handles incredibly with the Magnetic Ride control....this is the biggest thing i have every driven but it handles so easily even in tight spaces(I live in the Bronx with double parked cars etc). ....the seats are luxuriously comfy and it looks aggressive and elegant all at the sane time. As for the car buying process it could not have went more smooth. I came up to Meadowlands of Carmel from the Bronx at the advise of a family member and i was no disappointed. Matt(Magic Matt)is such a nice guy....handed me the keys and i took it out for a spin and love dit right away but was still not looking forward to the sales pitch part. But Matt was so easy going and not pushy at all and answered all my questions .....even the ones i asked 3-4 times. He knew everything about the Yukon XL and the may packages that are available. He also through our conversation helped me save over $5000 in promotions/Discounts that GM had going on. As for my Trade-in Durango....he gave me exactly what the Kelly Blue Book said it was worth and thats all i wanted...in all i drove out with a new Denali and paid almost $25K less than i thought i would even though it as a 2019. I also met some of the service guys and they are real people and juts all around honest nice guys. Lastly...even Sharon...the Finance Specialist....the person any new car buyer dreads dealing with .....was so professional pleasant and helpful.....she explained every detail of those complicated forms a few times to me and again she found a way to get me a lower rate than i originally though i would get even through my Credit Union. Overall i gave 5 stars because this is my 6th new car in my 50+ year life and by far was the nicest and easiest experience of them all and i would highly recommend Meadowlands of Carmel to everybody...you will leave there happy with a great new vehicle and knowing you were treated right and got the best deal possible.
Well this is rare for me and I never thought I would have such a great time again with a car dealer. First let me say I am sure I join a long list of happy customers that went to Ingersoll of pawling. Dylan and Torrey were way better than all other dealerships with helping me with my needs and wants. Other dealers can learn from them on just how to treat and make a customer feel relaxed and not pressured in the car buying experience. If u have a chance or the time to visit this dealership(Ingersoll of pawling)I am sure all of your needs with be addressed and handled with people that really care about doing whatever they can for the customer. I originally came to this dealership as they had a truck in stock that I knew my father would be interested in as he needs a new truck. I had called earlier to see if the vehicle was still available before I drove the hour up to see the truck. When I walked in, Brad the assistant sales manager asked who I was and when I stated my name he grabbed a set of keys off his desk, put on his jacket and walked us out to the vehicle. He was cordial and didn’t push us to purchase. He politely negotiated and did what he could to make us satisfied. I highly recommend this dealership.
I can't say enough about this dealership, and the help that I had received while looking for a car. These guys were so helpful, especially since I was in a tough financial spot, and didn't really have too much to spend. I was even more delighted to find out that the vehicle was exactly how it appeared online, since I was driving 2 hrs to get there. I would definitely recommend this dealership to any of my friends or family. Also don't forget to ask for a Carfax doll if you have kids :)
