Dominic made Me feel very comfortable and at ease during the process of purchasing a car. I will never forget this positive communication experience between the two of us. He is truly a great assest to Serra Chevrolet.
You never know what to expect when entering into vehicle negotiations at a dealer. I'd talked to Dominic a couple of time prior to going in to the dealership so I had a pretty good feeling that this was going to be one of the better experiences. I was not disappointed. Dominic's professional demeanor, courtesy and knowledge was refreshing and made the entire process a pleasant experience. While taking care of me it was apparent that he also had the dealers best interest in mind, this tells me he's a real professional. I would not hesitate to deal with Serra Chevy in general and Dominic in particular again in the future nor would I hesitate to recommend either.

We brought our Ford 350 in to be fixed and plug that goes from your 5th to the pick up truck and broken twice, actually came apart, what we were told is this happens all the time, and they wanted to charge us $300.00 and some dollars for something that would fall apart again I found terrible business, my husband even called Jenny the one that sold it to us, she never called us back and the person who he did talk to said there was nothing he could do, I was under the impression it would be under warranty and we were told no.
They worked hard to keep my business, and succeeded. It was a fairly pleasant experience, except it always takes longer than expected - but I think that is just part of it. Enjoyed being able to look over the vehicle inside - as they pulled it in out of the cold. The sales guy, Duane, was pretty straight forward and friendly. The financial guy had music playing while he went over the paper work, which was distracting the to me. He also said ???it???s not my car??? in a somewhat sarcastic manner when we declined additional coverage. Didn???t seem real customer friendly with the paper signing guy, but Duane was good. Just got my new Trax yesterday, and I really like it!
I had a horrible experience at this dealer but i can't blame the salesman Mike C. He did the best job he could with the process he was givin. He was courteous and polite and tried to handle the issues but his hands were tied by the useless policies and people above him. I would deal with Mike again but never the dealer. Being big and forgetting how to take care of the customer is what the dealer forgot how to do.
The service was excellant ,took Explorer in for oil change. Was in and out quick , friendly staff , great experience. The leasing process was quick and easy through Chris Merriman. Overall great experience at Crest Ford.
Tom is a great salesman. Made my lease a pleasure for the second time now. Can’t see myself going anywhere else when it’s time to re-lease.
