We visit to see the black manual Mustang and inquired on newer Mustang that showed up on Stokes Honda North website that had no information on the Transmission . They told us they called Stokes Honda North and that it was not manual. I checked again today on Stokes Honda North website and it is actually a manual. Did they lie or could not get the correct information over the phone?
Great shop and service facility. Your staff is very knowledgeable and courteous always attending to the needs of the customer. The service center is always clean and and very well equipped to handle any problem that may need to be addressed. My service advisor Kevin, always keeps me up to speed on any requested service and always advises me when additionL problems with my vechile are encountered and offers recommendations as needed if repairs or failure of components are necessary. I feel very comfortable with the service I have received at Vaden at Pooler.

Tom, the salesman was very nice and helpful. We were in Michigan trying to help our son in Georgia, who is in the Army, purchase his first used car. We wanted to make sure that the dealership didn't "see him coming" as he was only 19 and not experienced at all. Tom helped us through the whole process and made our son feel comfortable.

This dealership has two locations in Savannah which I was unaware of when shopping there online site. I found a vehicle I was interested in for my granddaughter and I went to the wrong location for that car. Well I not fimilar with the area and drove from out of state to see the car. The salesman was exceptional he drove us to the location and we test drove it and decided to purchase it. We drove it back to his location to do the paperwork and they gassed it up and prepared it for our delivery. It was a quick process and a very good salesman that was very polite, took care our needs and made the sales smooth and easy. At 65 this was one of my best purchase experiences and left a happy customer. All the personal associated with this purchase where very professional.....
As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted. I told them why I was there and asked what they currently had in stock that met my needs. Very helpful, knowledgeable and fun to work with during the process. You can tell they really care. I will definately do business with them again.
Nicky Jarrell-service advisor is a pleasure to deal with. Always seems like she really cares and takes the time to explain what’s wrong and what it’s going to take remedy the problem. Very polite and seems like she really cares. I’m buying a new Nissan shortly from this dealer and she is the reason why.
$125 diagnostic fee was not mentioned until I arrived for service. The recall service was done fine. The exhaust leak was not looked at because it can be fixed elsewhere without a diagnostic fee. My service needs will not be addressed at the dealership as long as that fee remains!
I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation while on vacation in Hilton Head and went to MR Chevrolet in Bluffton. Being from out of town I wasn't sure how I would be treated as a non local customer. From the moment I arrived the service department exceeded my expectations! I arrived early and they checked me in and didn't make me wait at all. They started before my appointment time! While waiting I had an opportunity to meet the owners sister and operations director Audre and she was amazing! I discovered they have Ohio roots as well. Audre and staff went out of there way to delver an amazing service experience. They had water and coffee available to customers and allowed me to look at a Corvette prior to the sales teams arrival. I can't say enough about Reichenbach Chevrolet if you want an honest good down to earth customer experience from folks that care about their customers than this is the dealership you must visit. A++++++
