We went to the dealership to trade in our Journey. I told my husband before we got there “I sure hope we don’t get a true salesman. I truly dislike “salesman”!!!!
To much of our delight Ben was our salesman and he was a delight to work with. He listened to what we wanted. He made suggestions. He didn’t dismiss the little lady like most guys do. I woukd buy my next car from him.

This is the car that I sought out, discovered, and purchased. So far, it has served my needs and I am very satisfied. I will continue driving GM products.
My review was my mistake didn't allow enough time for a response! I apologize to Erick and Kyle for posting that report. Overall I a am very pleased with my purchase, this is my second Ford edge, came from 45 miles away to choose this dealership because I would drive there to have my 2014 edge serviced! These men were very polite and knowledgeable with there vehicles. I would recommend anyone looking for a edge titanium to drive one before buying elsewhere. Luxury on 4 wheels! Real pleased ! Chick

I love this car. Lots of leg room and trunk space. My sons are tall guys and they have plenty of room to ride. I do wish it had a back-up cam...but all in all...5 stars!
Absolute best used car experience to date (47 yrs worth). Kevin and Pete were wonderful, very honest with every detail of the vehicle and process. I drove up from Atlanta GA 3hrs because of the pictures, documents and conversation with Kevin about the vehicle. I've been looking for weeks and seen may similar vans but by far this one was the best option for me and to make a 3hr drive i had to be completely comfortable with the details about the vehicle and price. No games at all. and they went way above and beyond even traveling 30 miles out of the way when I mistakenly setup to drop off my rental car at the wrong location. Absolutely 100% satisfied with my purchase and dealing with this dealership. A very strong referral for PARK PLACE MOTORS-Crossville TN.. Thanks again...

This 2013 Malibu 2LZ 2.0 is the best car I have owned. Tons of features and very reliable with a sporty/luxury look! It drives smoothly with a seamless shifting.
Computer showed r.r. tire going flat while driving in Crossville. Made it to service dept. Kevin says No Problem. Tire fixed, (screw) and my Wife and I are on our way. While waiting for repair they even stored our perishable groceries in their Company refrigerator. Now that's Customer Service! Our sincere thanks to one and all at Dave Kirk Chevrolet.

Not great. This car has given me headache after headache. The steering keeps popping. I have trouble with the paint chipping since day 1. The heater had problems within 2 months. Now, at 36,000 miles, the car interior is leaking from the windshield. on a trip the battery for the auto stop did not work after a long trip on the expressway.
So glad I decided to trade and purchase a new car with Lenior City Ford. Sales Rep Newman Brandon worked tirelessly to find a car with all my desired features and guided me thru every step of purchase process. The entire team at Lenior City Ford was amazing! I was so impressed with how they all worked together to assist Newman with my car buying experience. My family will definitely purchase our next car with Lenior City Ford and Newman Brandon!

It’s a great car, fun to driver very comfortable. I love the sunroof and these power seats are the best I’ve ever had. There is a lot of room for all of my passengers.
