We were in the market for a used minivan. Zack worked hard to find us the right van for our family. He came highly recommended by many and for good reason. We will be going back to kayser and Zack for our next vehicle too.
I have a 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe and have been taking it to Symdom for service for some time now, even receiving a free oil change after meeting criteria. The service staff are always friendly listening to concerns, answering questions. The technicians are professional and thorough and leave truck interior cleaner than when I brought it in. Symdom treats me and my Hyundai as if I purchased it from them.
Trevor was honest and friendly the whole buying process. However when it came to trying to sell me the extended warranty and other options he was very very high pressure. It made me uncomfortable at times with this high pressure sale technique. He wouldn't take 15 no's for an answer. These products must be highly profitable for the salesperson and owner. Buyer be aware of that.

Clean facility friendly people setting up the test drive was easy.
I dislike not being able to negotiate, as their price was very high for the vehicle and their idea of a "very good" interest rate on a 2016 car was 5% (I've been quoted at 2% for same vehicle) was amusing.
If people don't like to negotiate and don't want to shop around this is a very nice place to buy a car, similar to comparing iPhones (CarMax) to Android (every other dealer).
We have bought many cars and trucks over the years but this was by far the best buying experience that we have ever had. Working with Jeff was such a pleasure. Jeff is very knowledgeable about the many cars that we looked at and helped us with the process of picking out the best vehicle for our family.
It's been nearly two weeks since my wife and I bought our used 2012 Buick LaCrosse from Zimbrick Eastside. We have been very pleased with the LaCrosse and with our experience working with Jeff Schumann. I had been looking for the right vehicle on-line for a month or so when the LaCrosse surfaced at Zimbrick Eastside. We made arrangements for a late test drive, followed by a late (in the day) purchase the next day. Ordinarily this would be no big deal but we live and hour and a half from the dealership. Jeff was very accommodating and stayed late to finish our sale and to ensure that everything was to our liking. Jeff Schumann is a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him as a salesman to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Additionally, we will definitely consider Jeff in the future for other vehicle purchases. Super Nice Guy!!!
Usually, I do not enjoy the customer service I experience with this dealership. However, during my last experience, the service was amazing. I hit a deer and the shop got me in as soon as possible. The drop off was amazing. When picking my vehicle up, they were so nice. I called and told them the time I was able to pick up the car, and they moved my pick up time by 4 hours! I was so happy! Then when I picked up my car, they were all ready with the keys, and it took only 5 mins! When I went to my car, it was so beautiful! They had washed the car, and the work was amazing! It almost looked brand new! They also cleaned the inside for me! I was so happy with this experience and I hope my experiences in the future are just as good!
Woke up last Tuesday morning with a dead battery in a 3 year old truck. Called Zimbrick up to see if they could get me in to get a new battery as soon as possible. I was told to come in as soon as I could. I arrived to the dealership at 8:20AM and was out by 9:15 – 9:20AM. Could not ask for a better service being I had requested this service at the last minute. I would give the service staff an A++++ for customer care.
But would give the GM Corporate Engineering division a D- for a poor electrical design that causes a battery to not last more than 36 months. To Many bells and whistles on this truck that are not needed.
If it were not for the quality of service that I had received, I would get rid of this truck for a new Toyota when my loan is paid up in February of 2018.
I can't begin to tell you how much my wife Lynette and I appreciate the experience we had with the Zimbrick Chevrolet staff in Sun Prairie. From the moment we first walked in the door to discuss our options, to the point when we drove off the lot with our new Equinox, the whole process was very satisfying. Everyone involved including the sales rep, sales manager, and financial rep were very professional, helpful and most of all...made the experience fun and easy. Jim Kauppinen needs a raise and promotion. Awesome sales rep! I'm 52 years old and have purchased a number of vehicles in my life. This by far was the best purchase experience I've had. I will definitely recommend this dealership to family, friends, and anyone else who is looking for a new vehicle. My father, god rest his sole, would be very proud. He worked hard for 35+ years at GMAC. I am a true fan of Chevrolet, and Zimbrick Sun Prairie made it possible for me to drive a very nice new 2017 Equinox. THANK YOU ALL!
I felt they were very upfront an honest about financing, and how they could meet my purchase needs. The initial numbers of APR and price actually came under what I was initially quoted. I had went to another Chevy dealership and was told one APR and price and when I was about to make the purchase, I was given a very different APR and price.
