I worked with Jamie and was very pleased with her responsiveness and consistency. I also enjoyed working directly with the owners/managers of the dealership. There were no high-pressure sales efforts and everyone encountered was very friendly. In the end (after some negotiation), I believe we agreed to a fair deal and, due to our distance from the dealership and time constraints, the staff made a great effort to finalize the deal so we could take our vehicle with us!

It’s a great car, fun to driver very comfortable. I love the sunroof and these power seats are the best I’ve ever had. There is a lot of room for all of my passengers.
Sales lady was very personable, not pushy and listened to my needs and wants. I was in and out in 2 hours and felt quite comfortable with finance manager as well. He took his time with me to explain everything and answer my questions. I love my new vehicle and am very happy with the deal that I was able to get. I won't go anywhere else :)

Not great. This car has given me headache after headache. The steering keeps popping. I have trouble with the paint chipping since day 1. The heater had problems within 2 months. Now, at 36,000 miles, the car interior is leaking from the windshield. on a trip the battery for the auto stop did not work after a long trip on the expressway.
Steve and Harrison made the process so easy! Going the extra miles was well worth the time. Steve talked me through the process and did much of the work over the phone and email which decreased the wait time in the showroom. Love the new vehicle!

Just bought this used 207 Chevy Malibu. Was previously a rental car so it was pretty well maintained. Had 41k miles. My only problems with it is that the autostop engine feature doe not have a disabling mechanism. I do t have the choice to use it or to disable it. And the gas seems to go pretty fast but the tank is pretty small so it makes sense and I life in a big city.
I worked with Jim and Tony at the dealership, and I am beyond satisfied with the entire process. They were very helpful and courteous and completely understanding of my situation, helping in any way that they could. I would definitley go back, and I would recommend the dealership to anyone. Thanks again!

Plenty of space inside, great passing power when needed, & nice sized trunk space. Sporty look & good on gas. Makes me feel younger again!
I was looking to upgrade my current vehicle with a newer model of the Ford Escape. I found the vehicle I was interested in on Fairfield's website.....came in, test drove it and took it home the same day.

Tons of issues, nothing covered under warranty and rude people in service acting like I'm bothering them asking questions. Never again will I purchase a Chevy.
My husband and I were looking for a SUV for our family vehicle, and Fairfield had the Jeep we purchased as a local trade. Fairfield is a family, friendly environment that goes out of their way to ensure the entire family is comfortable during the buying process.

The electronic transmission sucks xxx! Car technically shuts down at stops to conserve fuel. It will roll backwards if you stop on a hill. Electronic stuff going crazy, now when I put it in park a warning ’’ comes up and says ’shift to park’.. Last night we shut the car off, the shift to park warning came up, the lights and the radio wouldn’t shut off and the key fob was in my husbands pocket and when he shut the door it honked like it does when the key is left inside. I’m so glad this xxxxxxis a lease!!! Don’t need to be stuck with the s#i+
Saw the truck online. Drove 2 hours to test drive it. My salesman,Kevin, didn’t pressure me to buy it that day. Most sales people do. This was the easiest vehicle purchase I’ve ever made. Thank you Kevin for working with me to get me into the truck within the budget I had. I’m highly satisfied with my purchase and experience with R&R Auto.
Water leaks into trunk

Mfg nor dealership will take responsibility for mfg default with water leaking into trunk. Constantly sopping water out with towel. Sealant tape is cracking and showing signs of rot. Water builds up arounf extra battery on driver side behind tail light. Nice ride, descent mileage(not good avg 24). Ive had two diagnostics done. One by dealership they waived 125$, another frebbie by auto body shop. Im having to lay in trunk while raining and storming trying to pin point leak. Can hardly wait to get my FORD ranger going and get rid of this black mold collecting vehicle.
Everything was seamlessly done with much attentiveness. They value their customers and do everything possible to complete the process with ease. Kevin was a pleasure working with and made sure we left satisfied! Two thumbs up!

Just bought, best used car I’ve ever had. Rides really smooth. Very roomy interior. It’s the limited edition and nicer than some very pricey luxury cars .
I have been checking these out for a while.
Vehicle was cleaned up and ready to roll prior to our arrival. Thanks Manager John for a good deal, and Kevin for an efficient transaction. Looks great in the driveway!

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the product they were selling. John was very helpful through the process. The best part was that there were no games being played like some other dealers.

This car has been my favorite ride to drive!! It’s so spacious and meets all my comfort needs for long trips. It gets awesome gas mileage, about the same as my old Chevy Caviler got! The trunk has so much room! Everybody in my family loves my car! Even my brother who got a 2017 Honda Accord!! If you’re looking for a decent mid size sedan that’s reliable, has awesome features and is good on gas and is very comfortable, consider checking out a Chevy Malibu!!

Car is very good on gas for it's size, excellent leg room, great sound system, very nice riding vehicle, rear seats fold down, will buy again.
