We did not end up purchasing our car here, mostly because of a scheduling/inventory mismatch and we were on a tight timeline. But, we did look here, and I have to say that they have, hands-down, the best and most responsive email team. I hate car shopping, and especially hate shopping for a used car -- it often feels like we are not as valued by dealerships. There's not a lot of negotiation room these days, with Internet pricing, and we came to find out that the pricing at BerlinCity is incredibly competitive. Both the sales associate and general manager went above and beyond in messages with us, and while the deal didn't come together this time, I can say without hesitation that we will start our search here next time.
I needed just a basic-oil-change and switch-out-seasonal-tires, planned my appt for 7am so I could get to work directly afterward, was told it could take 1.5-2hrs, let Norberto know my need to get to work on time, he listened but said it might be possible it would be 8:30am when they finished, halfway thru appt he let me know they were willing to give me a loaner if it was getting close to 8:30am + if that was the case they were willing to do the airbag recall during the day while I was at work so I didn't have to come back next wk, LUCKILY it did not get to that point, I'm assuming they hustled (greatly appreciated), and my car was ready + I was at work with 10min to spare! Thank you!!
After going to several dealerships I stopped in at Rowe Hyundai and was greeted by Jason Burns. He printed me out some info on the car I wanted, never putting pressure on me to buy right then. He said when I was ready to buy stop back in and he would help me find what I wanted. So forward 3 months later. I went back to see Jason. He got us into my dream car within hours. He was a pleasure to work with. Friendly, kind, took his time to go over everything with much patience. We have purchased many new cars over the years and I would say that this was the best experience buying a new car. He worked with us to get a great price.

Outstanding service, our plow truck had seen it's last mile. We were trying to find a used GMC 2500 HD and in winter, they are hard to find. We were headed out of state the next morning to potentially buy onewe saw online and our salesperson, Bob called that evening before we were to leave. We said we were settled but he volunteered to drive it to us to look at. We Told him our budget needed to be below what they were asking. He made a creative decision without "cheking with his manager" deal was done. No messing around, and we love the truck

I was signed right in on arrival. My truck was brought out back to have the engine code read. The service writer brought the report out to me along with a spark plug showing it was worn and due for replacement. He also recommended replacing the coolant. He said the coolant was rated cold enough and was good enough for now if I wanted to wait on changing it. I had the plugs and oil service done and I was on my way. The amount of time there may have been a little long but not unreasonable.
My husband has purchased 3 Chevy trucks from salesman Ray MacLearn. I have always purchased a different brand vehicle, but, after reading all the "great reports" on the "2017 Chevy Equinox Premier", I decided to take the plunge, and I purchased it. I have had my new vehicle for only 1 week, and I have already put 400 miles on it. I am really enjoying the ride, and all the extras (that I thought I did not need) that are on this new vehicle. I also want to give "kuddo's" to Bryan Wickerham the "financial "guru" representative" who is such a "positive man" that wears a constant smile. He has a "can do" attitude. He is an "asset" to the Quirk Westbrook Maine division.
