USAA Car Buying Service Worked Exactly as Advertised

Matt did a great sales job. We were in the dealership unannounced several times over several months, and Matt was not always there. Billy and Michael stepped in and helped make the sales experience an overall excellent one. The USAA Car Buying service is the way to go, at least from this buyer's perspective. It relieved a lot of the pressure of buying a new car. Matt answered all our questions and was very efficient in processing the final paperwork. Maher was similarly efficient in finalizing the financing and optional services. Overall, nothing could have gone better. NOTE: we bought our first Subaru from your dealership, and were pleased with the car. One of your biggest sales incentives for returning customers, however is Carmen in the Service Department. She is a treasure--knowledgeable, friendly, engaging, thorough, etc. We may have been able to find a better deal in the region, but Carmen brought us back to your store.
Harrisonburg Honda understands what REAL customer service means. The staff at this location is exceptional from top to bottom and I will never shop anywhere else for a vehicle. I had purchased my second Honda from them, (used), and within three weeks it was inoperable. They tried to fix it several times for free. When I spoke with the sales manager, Eric Blosser, about my concerns I was told that I should choose another vehicle. There was no argument, no excuses were given. I was provided a rental car gratis and they took care of everything that needed to be done for a smooth transition to another vehicle. Derek Good, Antonio Rodriguez, and Matt Bentel all went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy. In todays day and age of combative customer service it was a shock to receive such good care. If you want to be treated like a customer should be treated, I recommend going to Harrisonburg Honda. They will go above and beyond!

I felt very comfortable and at ease with my salesperson Brooke, she was very knowledgeable. She helped me with everything I wanted in a vehicle and was able to answer all my questions. This was the first time buying a car on my own and it was a pleasure.
I traveled 4 1/2 hours from NC to look at a Suburban for my church. It was the best find within several hundred miles. It ended up being better than expected. The dealer was very easy to talk with and very upfront. I was so happy with my treatment that I drove up 2 days later and bought a car for myself. I took it to a master mechanic. He looked it over and said, "There's nothing wrong with it". And it was an incredible price! I was really surprised by the nice cars on this little lot. The dealer really knows how to buy vehicles, which took the hard work out of my search. My favorite part of the experience was how obvious it was that the salesman had nothing to hide and meant what he said. Thank you Iconic!!!
Overall a solid experience. They really took the time to work with me and listen to my concerns. I was worried about my bad credit but they were courteous about the situation and good me approved. Thank you Jake and team!
I had a great choice of cars and they all seemed priced good. my car hasnt had any problems and the team was helpful and respectible. Most dealers push you into a car and Armstrongs gave me 2 days to think about it before i signed the papers.
My salesperson Christian went above and beyond to put me into the Kia Soul. I didn't think I was going to get approved for a loan because of my bad credit but he was able to approve me. I would recommend my salesperson to all my friends and family when they're looking to buy something.
We actually had both cars in during the same time; the GMC Terrain and the Saturn Vue. The GMC needed body repair for a minor fender accident; the Saturn for a somewhat major service. Both the body shop and the general service garage showed the typical outstanding service and care for the customer that I have come to expect from Charlie O'BAUGH Buick.
Took vehicle in for a simple tune up. Got it back running worse than it went in.shuts off now when you hit the brake, no power. Once this repair is corrected I hope not to have to use them again.forgot to mention 100 dollars an hour!!!!!!!!!?
The service team at Charlie Obaugh Chevrolet in Waynesboro does it right! My service advisor stayed on top of things and kept in constant communication with me while service was being performed on my vehicle. Customer service at its finest. Thanks again guys!
