They treated me very well and gave me good advice. All of my repairs have been covered thanks to their recommended coverage plan. They always give me a loaner so I never have to go without or depend on others.
I have bought two new vehicles from them and would go back to buy another one. I also get all my service done there. I can't say enough good things, I love this dealership. The people are friendly and are willing to help with anything. The body shop also has great people. Margaret always comes over to say hi and asks how things are going, if she isn't busy with another customer.

Absolutely no hassle. I called the day before. I dropped my truck off the next morning. I picked it up after work. They did the things I wanted them to do. Checked for any recalls. Fixed the recalls automatically. It was like clock work.
Initially we had a 5 star experience. Julia was exceptional from the first phone call to the last in person conversation. Justin the sales manager was eager to help and bent over backwards to get us the car we needed for our family. Jeff in finance was easy to talk to and made us comfortable and worked with us every step of the way. Sounds like a car buying experience made in heaven and if we had a sales person who wanted to "sell" a car it would've been. But hey, everyone's allowed a bad day. All in all Fox Honda is leaps and bounds above the competition and worth the hour drive we had to make!
I have been a customer of Bill Cram Chevrolet since 1994. I have bought cars, leased cars, had them serviced there and had damage repaired in their body shop. It is the only dealership I will do business with. No matter which department you are dealing with the employees are friendly, courteous and efficient. My recent business was turning in my lease car early and taking out a new lease. The salesman, Chip, and the sales manager, Tim, were a pleasure to work with. This is the best dealership I have ever done business with.
Was hesitant about going back to burritts. Had been there years ago and it was not a good experience. The place has totally changed now for the better. New management, new salesman, the building has been updated and has also added a lot more services. The salesman were very professional and not pushy. Found exactly what I wanted in a truck and didn’t ask me to go look at a more expensive model. Business manager there was also great. Did not low ball me on my trade in. All around great experience.
Matt Farnes was the salesman who took care of me. I talked to him quite a bit on the phone, and via text. He was very responsive and easy to deal with. A salesman at another dealership was too busy to handle the sale. When you are buying a $60,000 truck, you expect to have an attentive and knowledgeable sales professional to work with you, and Matt was just that. I cannot say enough about how good he is. I first spoke to him in the morning, and I drove my new truck home that afternoon. The other dealership lost out, and I don't even think they care. Although I did not visit the showroom or the dealership at all I did communicate with both sales staff and management through e-mail. They were responsive, provided me the information for which I asked, and gave me their bottom-line, out-the-door price. They followed up to ensure I got the best possible attention. I am impressed and would definitely consider buying a truck from them. The reason I didn't give them a perfect score is that I only have limited interaction with them.
