We've always been treated well at Stewart Subaru. Here's an example of good service - Katie H had to make a new receipt after some adjustments were made. I usually get a coupon for a car wash - well there wasn't one, no big deal. A few days later a coupon for the free car wash came in the mail. Awesome!
I requested info on a vehicle that was posted on the website. The response was very fast. I worked with Ricky and he was very professional and very willing to answer all of my questions. I would definitely work with them again. This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from them and I am very happy with the quality of the service that they provide.
Had been searching for a used Subaru Outback all over the web. Called and sole with Mark to make sure the car was there and if that was the best price they could do. He told me to come and drive and he'd would be happy to try to work with me. Drove up from Walla Walla and the car was there and in excellent condition. Service good.... issues with sales tactics for further repairs recommended. Dramatic, making it sound more urgent than needed. She came out and said my rear brakes were at 2mm or what ever, mentioned soon would be metal on metal and did i want to schedule...at that point i interupted and asked why this wasnt mentioned in July when i had my car serviced, tires rotated, and free inspection. The last time my brakes were mentioned was a couple years ago when they were at 4. (At that time it was recommended i start thinking about replacing them).. she and greg dug through my file and had no answer to my question. I then said i have to drive to CA the next week, and Greg said oh you will make it there... so i asked why the girl made it sound so urgent? Again no answer.
I was in the market for a truck and trading in 3 vehicles. I found a truck I really like on their website and made an appointment after work. Pete was in touch via email and made the "dealership" experience much easier since its never fun having to deal with dealerships. Pete ha great customer service. Buying process what can I say it was easy but needs less paperwork. There needed some upholstery to b fixed which was completed in a timely manner and very professionally. Trucks Plus and Pete made the purchasing of a vehicle stress-free.
I brought my Motor Home in there to have the engine replaced at your service center and I hope that your service technicians can live up to the confidence that was installed in me from your Service Specialist Jesica Orozco. Jesica was beyond helpful with the knowledge and continued communication every step of the installation process in the 2 weeks or so that the engine was being replaced. She made me believe that your technician staff were doing everything possible to make sure that the work being done was professional and up to the highest standards possible. Every step of the way when something would come up that needed approval or special attention from me I was informed, she made me believe that the work being done was to the highest standards. I do sincerely hope that your technicians live up to the standards and confidence that Jesica showed in her professionalism and caring of me and my motor home. She was amazing !
