Today I walked in and was greeted by Mike at the front desk. He was really helpful, and walked me through the approval process which i have no experience with. He was really friendly and answered all of my questions. I left with a new car about an hour later. Im kind of in shock at how well this went. It was quick, easy and he was really friendly. Thank you Mike!!
Found the car I wanted with all the options Brennan was great!!! He helped me whenever I had a question or requested something done. The women and men there are on point.

I like everything about the car but at around 6000 miles the gas mileage dropped about 10% especially on the expressway down to around 36 at 70 mph . In city around town went from close to 50 to around 45 . Have taken to dealer and they said nothing wrong . Other than that a really nice car
Oil change and check up which was done efficiently and satisfactory with a friendly attitude!

While design and styling is in the eye of the beholder, I truly like the safety, drivability, roominess, and handling of the Malibu Hybrid. The most common knock I have heard is the lack of an interior trunk release. After looking into installing one I concluded the exterior release button served all my needs since I would be out of the car to access the trunk anyway. If you have groceries delivered to your car then you can always use the key fob. Not an issue at all. With the majority of my driving on highways the average fuel economy over the 6 months of ownership has been 43.1 mpg.
Finding a new car is so stressful especially when having to do it in a hurry. Mo really helped us through the process. When I wanted to tear my hair out he along with my fiance really calmed me down. I will definitely come back and recommend.

Chevy Hybrid, Gas Mileage has dropped off, 15% lower than the sticker. Chevy won't admit there is a problem and doesn't stand behind their vehicle. Don't think I will ever buy chevy again.
I had no plans of making a purchase or trading in my current car. After being there for an hour, our sales person, Lexi Wilson had us sold on a car. I left with cheaper paymentsand a zero% interest rate. She was knowledgeable of the cards, listened to our wants, and paired us with a car to give us everything we wanted at a price we were very happy with. We are going back in a few months to get my husband a new car. Lexi is a superstar. Can't believe she's only been there a short time. The whole team at Courtesy Ford was amazing!
Most comfortable ride. Better than MINI and Honda.

Bought the car due to its excellent gas mileage. Never expected it to also ride as great as it does (comfort and performance), be as quiet as it is, and lookas good or better than a BMW. Def. worth buying!

Clean facility friendly people setting up the test drive was easy.
I dislike not being able to negotiate, as their price was very high for the vehicle and their idea of a "very good" interest rate on a 2016 car was 5% (I've been quoted at 2% for same vehicle) was amusing.
If people don't like to negotiate and don't want to shop around this is a very nice place to buy a car, similar to comparing iPhones (CarMax) to Android (every other dealer).
My son bought his first car this past January from Seelye and they found the perfect car for him. A few weeks ago he hit a deer and the car was totaled. Khristian got the cars he was interested in testing out very quickly and then took us very smoothly through the loan process. Len helped us with the financing, claim info and pay offs as well as getting the refund for unused GAP and Warranty. My son is even happier about the new car but hopefully we wont have to be back a 3rd time any time soon for him.
Service department dose a great job of taking care of our needs and our car as well as customer service Great dealership.Every one is very help full and gets the job done I would recommend them and the dealership to all my friends and neighbors. We have bought three cars from Jeff Drennen's and will buy are fourth car there to when we are ready to buy.Great service

We had two months to search for a car and we used Cars.com to do it. This Malibu Hybrid showed up and was just what we wanted.
Purchasing a new car is stressful to me; however, VanDevere made the experience pleasant and took some of the stress away. I found Rita Furino, Bob Berger and Joe Caspary very helpful, honest and friendly. The facility was welcoming and it had a wonderful area to discuss the car, wait for needed paperwork and make the necessary business arrangements that I needed. I LOVE IT. Its sporty and reliable. This car saves me a lot of gas. This car has a great takeoff and looks good with the tint on the windows.
They help you get the vehicle you want with patience, no stereotypical sales pitch and little pressure to buy. In the days after, they continued to take care of my concerns and get all my questions addressed in a timely manner.

I love your cars. I had a Malibu Maxx with having a walker it was great. I am still praying for it.The Malibu Maxx would be great.But I was total and we are in a settlement with a great group of people.It was it was last Groundhog Day. I liked the gas mileage and safety features but was disappointed with broken transmission, which took 8 weeks to repair. Parts were on back order.
