Rob worked hard to get my payments where i wanted them to be. All the staff was very friendly. The facility is very clean and they always have the best baked fresh cookies out for their customers while they are waiting .

I originally wanted a cruze but after I drove the Malibu, I was sold.
The greatest difference between the two is the Malibu has more leg room (I'm over 6 feet tall) that was the reason I bought the Malibu!! This car is everything I wanted and more!!!!
Theo made the whole experience so easy! He found multiple cars that matched the features I wanted within the price I needed. Thank you so much!

Good on gas mileage. The only issue we have had with this vehicle is the auto stop feature, which has worked intermittently from day one to now. Finally gave up on having dealer mess with it. Excluding that issue, it is great. Comfortable, good leg room and nicely equipped.
Pick your vehicle, fill out the credit app online for approval in minutes. I was in and out in no time, the quickest financing at any dealership I have ever been to! Great service! Great prices! Great vehicles!

Even though our Malibu Limited was somewhat limited on amenities, it has the things that are important to us such as OnStar, Chevrolet MyLink, a very smooth ride, and excellent fuel economy. It is inexpensive to maintain and has been problem free.
Had another outstanding experience at Napleton Hyundai in Carmel. We had more bad experiences with with 2013 Sonata with Dealership in Tenn. My engine was replaced due to a factory defect when driving on vacation. It blow up on the north side of Nashville, TN. They fixed the car with a new engine and then shipped the car back to me and I drove it for a month. But I hit a pot hole and the motor came lose. The dealership in Tennessee, did not re-attach the motor mount. The engine shifted 4 inch up and 6 inches to the right.
Needless to say, there car was in bad shape and had to be towed to Napelton. I called and talked to Chris Peters, he was immediately able to help me and get me a loaner vehicle and start looking into the needed repairs. His Team found other things that were not right with the Vehicle after having the engine replaced at the Hyundai Dealer in Tenn.
After talking with Chris Peters and finding out everything that was not done right on the new engine replacement with the dealer in Tennessee. I was ready to trade in this vehicle and find something else.
I was able to talk to Chris Modory who sold me my car in 2013. First I went to Hyundai Corporate they did not not want to do anything to help their customer.
I went back to Chris Modory. He was able to get his GM Sean McCain involved and helped understand everything that went wrong with my 2013 Sonata. They were about to help me with trading in the 2013 Sonata and giving me an outstanding deal on a 2015 Sonata Sport Turbo. They understood my frustrations and made a bad situation into another great experience. None of the problems were any fault of the good folks at Napleton. This was all from a Hyundai Dealer in Tennessee that did not fix the car to Hyundai Standards. I really appreciate them working with me and going above and beyond to help me get into a different vehicle to my liking.

I bought my Chevy Malibu 16 new, first car I have bought new. My interior is leather and I have a sunroof. I like the interior compared to other comparable sedans, wish the exterior was a little more sporty, I wanted a different color at the time and it wasn't available. Gets good gas mileage, comfy, reliable.
We were on our way to gulf shores for vacation from Michigan and our alternator went bad. The staff were so kind and accommodating. The drive to get the part and fixed it in record time so we could be on our way. The allowed us(my husband and I and our to young children to hang out in the lobby as we had no where else to go. THE most dependable, beautiful, economical, Class Luxury 4 door sports sedan ever! Has been first and foremost in technology, safety in it's CLASS! Even our 4cylinder Turbo has incredible performance and we DO GET 42MPG highway!!!! Not a Hybrid. Foreign cars step aside! Thank you GM and your U.S.A. minds!
Highly recommend! I have had nothing but excellent experiences here for all car service/repairs. The service is always amazing - very helpful, kind, and professional. Every time I go in for an issue they work to resolve it and I never, ever feel taken advantage of as I have sometimes wondered at other places in the past. I will definitely continue to go back.

Tad was amazing ..so helpful. However there was confusion w title. I worked with Kathy who said she was leaving @ 2:45 ???? We returned I had to ask fpr help noone acknowledgwd me..I had to ask Betty for help and then she was rude. She said after I asked someone will be qith you we are busy. I dont appreciate being so inconvenienced and RHEN RUDE. I realize people make mistak3s but not RUDE

Love this car. Extremely reliable and dependable. Exterior is gorgeous as is the interior. Very smooth ride with minimal road noise in the cabin. Highly recommended.

I was downsizing from an SUV to a car and I made the best decision. I test drove over 20 vehicles in 2 weeks and I never completely fell in love with a car until I drove the 2016 Chevy Malibu Limited. I knew instantly this was the car I wanted to make the change with. I've had it for a week now and am overly happy with it.
