My husband & I had been looking for a SUV and saw a Chevy Tahoe at Xtreme on a Sunday afternoon. I had sent a email requesting more information and heard back first thing Monday morning. Our questions were answered and we set up a time to test drive. While we were there we noticed one spot that we asked about. With not hesitation Laura said they could get it into the body shop to be corrected either before we picked it up or they could schedule something later if we wanted to take it home sooner. I was working out of town for work so they ended up getting it into the body shop the next day. While I was out of town I was sent pictures of the body work and we picked it up that weekend! It's the perfect vehicle and the process was seamless! We will definitely be recommending Xtreme to family & friends! :)
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

I sent 3 family members there and after 35k in sales, they offered me a $100.00 My son referred his sister and got $200 for a $6,500.00 sale didn't come out right I didn't think..(its the point be fair)
This facility went above and beyond. I arrived with a car problem and no appointment. They were quick to respond, identify the problem, arrange to have the repairs completed and get me into a loaner car so I could get to work. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE.
