The service at Bay Ridge Chevrolet was great. They opened early and had no wait. Burt was great because he explained everything wrong w my car in detail and proposed solutions. And when I went to pick up my car, I felt like it was brand new. A plus.
My salesman Jason was customer focused and I didn't feel like he was ripping me off. I have bought about 16 new cars in my life and this is the first time I did not feel buyers remorse so that says it all. I am driving around with a big smile because of Jason!
Recently purchased a 2002 Dodge Dakota truck. There was no pressure and we reached a fair price. The owner Ron even handled some repairs after we had already purchased the truck. They really stand by their cars and really believe in customer service . I will be back again .
I needed to trade in my Mercedes Benz car for a bigger vehicle that could fit my grandmother's wheel chair. JP helped me find a nice vehicle that drives very well. My grandmother really loves the vehicle both inside and outside. I'm also better able to assist my friends and family who are currently moving, because I have more than enough room for them and their belongings.

Had an appt for an oil change at 8am today but had a drs appt at 910am. I went at 730 when they opened, explained my Drs appt, and Mike the service advisor said no problem and I was out faster. This is not something that prolly could be done all the time, but I appreciated his effort. Payment process went quickly too.
I just left this dealership and they tried everything in there power to get me a car!!! I’m a out of state buyer and was able to get the car no issue. Although some things on my credit had complications and my drivers license had some complications we figured everything out. So the accusations that I’m seeing are obviously made up. Everyone in the place was nice, of course they wanted me to buy a car but they was patient while I made my phone calls and figure out my personal situations. They never even questioned my out of state purchase and they was able to handle the situation Farley quick to be honest. Maybe the employees woke up on the wrong side of the bed that day (negative reviews) but today they was all about making sure I was satisfied. Thank you guys
