I havent had the most enjoyable car buying experiences in the past. With that said, I purchased a 2019 Traverse High Country from salesman Ed Silver. My wife and I had a very pleasant experience, the price seemed fair and to our surprise, the offered an actual very fair price for our trade in. Ed was extremely patient with us and very knowledgeable and helpful. I dont think we will be in the market for a car anytime soon, but whenever we are, I would definitely consider going back to Bachman Chevrolet and see Ed for future needs. Thanks for a pleasant experience.
As a woman, I hate buying a car. I admit that I can be a bit difficult to work. But I was treated with respect and that's all anyone can ask for. Taylor and Jeff made the buying experience much easier than I expected. I would even say that they went above and beyond my expectations.
I had been to another local car lot trying to get a car. My credit was far from perfect and I was on a tight budget. I couldn’t seem to find anything that fit in my price range and felt like I wasn’t getting worked with at all. I came here to Kearney Motorsports and it was amazing how different my experience was. They had so many vehicles that was thousands cheaper and lower miles than what I had been looking at elsewhere. They worked with me until they found me in exactly what I wanted and my what fit my budget. I was so impressed. After being so discouraged thinking I wasn’t going to be able to afford a newer car it made me so happy driving out of there in a nice new car. It had low miles and fit my budget and I was treated so wonderfully by everyone there. Definitely recommend this place!!!
my sales rep was Will Beard and he was very pleasant to work with. we feel like we bought a very dependable truck. when asked about previous owner and a vehicle report he furnished both within a matter of minutes. we went back a few days later to pick the truck up and everything was ready to go and we were in and out in no time. i would look to buy another truck from him again.
I had the misfortune of experiencing car problems while out of town for work. I took my Chrysler Town & Country van to this dealership after finding a Technical Service Bulletin online for the problem I was having (engine misfire). They were extremely busy when I got there, but the Service Advisor Specialist, Taylor Alford, seemed genuinely interested in my plight. I had to leave the vehicle overnight and get a rental car to get back to Cleveland. Taylor made sure my van was looked at the following day and got back to me promptly with what it would take to get running correctly again. I was fully expecting the worse based on what I read in the TSB, but Taylor gave me great news and the repair was relatively inexpensive. It's nice to know that there are still honest people out there! I'm very happy with the service I received at this dealership and would recommend them to all in the Louisville area!
I brought my 2007 Toyota 4Runner back in Sept. , so I have drove it for 3 months now . I am so happy with it , last night first snow , while other cars and trucks couldn't get up our hill on our road , I went up without spinning a tire ! I got a great price and their customer service was great ! Thanks Kearney Motor Sports !
