Seriously though....we drive in from toooo many hours away, to get a specific truck...called when we were on the way, he held it while we were on the road, met us when we pulled up and was an excellent guy all around. They worked with us and we drove away with my truck, as planned.
We were very impressed with Byron’s laid back approach. Showing me the product I was looking for and trusting me to take the van for a test drive gave my husband an opportunity to see our future purchase. The process began on a Wednesday and we were official proud owners of a white Honda Odyssey by Saturday. We Love it.
Post sales has not been as smooth. We were promised replacement caps for the vehicle that have yet to be replaced. The caps are not required for the van to run but they are cosmetic and a deal is a deal. We did not haggle when discussing price. We asked for a cap to cover the back seat legs and a key fob. My husband paid $100 extra dollars to to get an extra fob made for the van. The owner paid the $100 back in cash and said he did not want to deal with it post issuesbarebyour problem and not the problem of the dealership even if it was part of the agreement before the car was purchased.
Overall, i would do business with this dealership again. I never felt pressured by Byron therefore I feel like the van was our decision to buy and not some high pressure shady dealers decision. Thanks Byron.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. It was a great car shopping experience. Not pushy and actually wanted to help me. I would definitely buy another car there as well as recommend to others. My sales rep Matt Aeyers was wonderful as well as the finance Dept.
I wish there was a 10 star option for AX Auto. My wife and I drove from chattanooga, TN. We spend 2 days in Atlanta looking at 7 minivans, the second day we found AX Auto. We came knowing what we wanted and unlike other dealers they didn’t try to push into something more expensive or different than we had asked. Eric our salesman was both patient and considerate of our every request. He and his manager respected our wishes to think it over and 3 hours later we were able to drive off with a beautiful ( new to us) 2014 Honda Odyssey!!!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Usual bait and switch car ad. Ad stated 21k for a Ford Mustang GT but when contacted the price was 30k. Talked to a sales rep about other cars in inventory and literally every car she sent info on was priced over the budget we discussed.
Jim Ellis and his team did a awesome job, helping us get the vehicle and financing , they even made a special trip to out home to finish things up ! I greatly appreciated that ! Would recommend them to anyone !
Jim Ellis Chevrolet is a straight-forward dealership. There were no gimmicks and no games played as is common at many other dealerships. They didn't waste my time and were prompt and courteous at getting back to me on the phone with a quote. I was met with friendly and courteous staff at the door who guided me through the process to test drive and purchase my new pickup. I will definitely be back for future purchases.
I had been to several call lots that day looking for a new or close to new mid-size suv and no really wanted to help me, I knew about what I wanted but no one wanted to walk out on the lot and some even walked past me to help someone else. I wasn't being picky,(I sold cars for three years many moons ago.) I went back home and decided to get online and seen one that I thought I might like so I rode over the next day looked at it and decided that is the one and all I needed was them to have after market leather added , in which they set up a appointment that was convenient with me , picked up the car and returned it. I had locked myself out of my car one time and it was local, they were also closing,but one of the guys in the service department came by with out a fuss to unlock my car. I was very Thankful!! When I get my oil changed its always pretty fast.
From the minute we went into Hardy Superstore earlier this week we knew it was going to be a great experience. We had bought from Hardy previously, so we expected the best anyway. Worked with Pam this time and she did a super job. Found exactly what we wanted and got a good fair deal. Both Pam and Dan at hardy are a pleasure to work with.
I honestly haven’t even bought my vehicle yet but after Speaking to kat mason my decision is made. I was planing on buying my car somewhere else but after I spoke to the staff at Scott Evans I decide to take my business there instead. They called me first thing in the morning to get more information about what I was looking for and I know when I finally get my vehicle I’ll be satisfied with my decision again thank you to kat mason for providing such an amazing service just on the phone I can’t wait to meet her in person.
Sales lady brooxie did a wonderful job communicating with me about the car.i drove 160 miles to test drive car.price was right .i had cash in hand.Manager fumbled the ball on the one foot line.by not coming to some agreement on getting the car to my house.His only suggestion was was for me to drive back home get my daughter and drive back to atlanta from greenville sc .to get the car home.welli took my money and drove back home.Thank You!!!
Overall, I had a good experience with this dealership. Brandon was awesome. He had a lot of patience and worked hard to get as close as he could to being where I stood in making a deal. Although I was not able to get the exact deal I was looking for going into the dealership, I walked away with the vehicle I wanted and am very happy.
Great place, nice people. When you go and get a car ask for Tim prater a wonderful cars sales man! He was very helpful and I was fortunate to have him as a sales person.
