We have worked with Barker in Lexington twice now and each time was a pleasure! They really do make buying a car EASY and stress free!!! We knew what we wanted. They had it, so we got it! Andrew Fjelde was amazing with getting us into our minivan! Communicating with my husband all day so all we had to do was show up and sign the paper work! Nik Backus is the best to work with when it comes to the financing! Excellent customer service, very organized and very helpful! Thank you Barker, we look forward to many future purchases with you!!
Went in to try to replace my car when mine was totaled. Was greeted at the door asked what I was looking for and any specific features. Josh was awesome. Was able to get me in a new vehicle that day. They even were able to call enterprise and have them pick up my rental from them so I did t have to make multiple trips and could leave with my new car. Great experience.
I bought a car from Sammy Nasr of Cable Dahmer and the buying and looking process could not have been any easier. Sammy goes above and beyond to get to know his customers. He cares about what you want and does a phenomenal job at listening to what is important to you.
I don’t know how to put this in words except to say God used Amanda to make sure that I have a reliable car. I was issues with my car right after I brought. I was very upset but I reached out to Amanda and her team and they cane together and sliced the problem. They were really fair and now me and my children are in a reliable car that I know for sure won’t have any problems. Cable Dahmer KC is the best!!
Best dealership I've ever dealt with. The service department is first-class. With employees like Henry Garcia you ensure that each person who walks through the door feels he or she is the most important person in the world at that m0ment. Henry demonstrated this feeling the moment I came in contact with him. He showed me to the lounge, got the work on my car started promptly, and coordinated with the individual who arranged shuttle service. Upon completion of my visit he reviewed the results in detail. I will look for Henry whenever I come in for service. Ke's NUMBER 1,
They were able to provide me a detailed report of the history of the vehicle as it had been serviced there throughout its previous life. All questions I had were answered before I even arrived at the facility. The vehicle had all of the bells and whistles and worked flawlessly. The windshield was cracked and that was pointed out to me (even though I honestly didn't even notice it) prior to purchase. Very competitive pricing, even in comparison with much larger dealers in Des Moines.
My parents bought all of their cars through Wilmes for a pretty long time. After my parents passed, I ended up having to sell mom's camaro back to them per her probate, and Randy Hamm oversaw my first new car purchase. Since then I've had two more brand new cars. Nobody has given me the treatment Randy did, till about a year ago. I moved away. My little old wireless company I worked for doesn't exist in Tampa Florida. I'm looking at you US Cellular. No, you can't get calls on their network here either lol. Anyways. Instead of selling phones, I decided to sell cars. 1/2 of my success I blame on stubbornness. The rest, that Wilmes customer service that has stuck with me all of these years. People! You want to buy a car here! If you're in Altus Oklahoma there is no reason not to! If I could, I would fly home for my next Camaro and drive it back down here. (I don't sell Chevy, but I'm a Chevy girl. Shh!) I'm serious when I tell you that the rest of the world isn't going to give you small town service. They're going to forget you when you leave. They're not going to remember your name. They're not going to send you cards and cookies and make you feel valued. I mean, some of us will. Thanks for showing me the way Randy! Big city volume stores love down home country girls. Lol!
by German cars are the best period! from Billings, MT
August 19, 2018
Be very careful trading in a german car because the used car manager ( he came from the Dodge store) doesn't know how to book out a german vehicle at all (appraise) He did this once before to us and he hits the car so way back of actual trade in value it makes me think he doesn't know what he's doing or he just doesn't want the car. Either way I feel bad for this dealership because it cost them a deal. Mike the GM is a great guy just be careful if you trading in a used euro car. Still a good group of guys but need to learn about real german cars.
Chris Julis was very courteous and helpful, best customer service I have received from any Chevrolet dealer. This will definitely be my to go to dealer from now on. Thank you
