The car was exactly as advertised. I drove from SC to Atlanta to see the car. I had spoken to Dianne on the phone and she had the car ready to go. The whole transaction was effortless. After the test drive I was driving the vehicle home in 45 minutes. Enjoyed the experience.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Usual bait and switch car ad. Ad stated 21k for a Ford Mustang GT but when contacted the price was 30k. Talked to a sales rep about other cars in inventory and literally every car she sent info on was priced over the budget we discussed.
Went to the Dealership on Friday, all cars on the lot were clean which is a good sign. Found one that I liked, Had it inspected from my mechanic. There was a Check Engine Light. The Dealer Had it Fixed on Monday since his Mechanic was Closed on Saturday. Got a call to come in to verify the work. All is Good. We Negotiated and the car was purchased. What stands out about this dealership is that there is no pressure to buy. Also if you straight up with them then they will be straight up with you. Happy to say that the experience was great .
Recently bought a used car to replace one totaled in an accident. Found exactly the car I needed. Service was prompt, efficient and courteous, and the car was personally delivered to me. Subsequent check and inspection showed that all problems mentioned in the original Carfax report had been fixed. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Everyone we came in contact with at this dealership was so helpful , patient and not pushy . they listened to our wants and desires ,led us to the vehicle we were looking for and helped us through the leasing process in a timely manner . I would recommend this dealership if considering a vehicle purchase .First time signing documents using the Docu pad system for purchase, it is fantastic.
Bought a new Chevy Bolt. Very smooth experience with no pressure sales and great finance options. Larry M had paperwork complete and ready to sign. Fastest transaction for a new car I have experienced.
Nash Chevrolet has the best employees from the Sales Department to Financing. I recommend this dealership to anyone. Dean was my Sales Representative and he helped me through the entire process and was able to give me options that was in my price range. Chris and josh were amazing. They got a deal done that couldn't be done at other chevy dealers. There goal is to make sure the customer leaves satisfied. My wife was overcome with joy when they said we're going to make sure you leave here with what you want. As a businessman I understand that when a customer comes into your establishment to do business make sure you do everything "within reason" to get the deal done because when they leave, your competitor will do everything they can not let them walk ot the door without a deal and what would have been your review and referrals.
