Although I did not visit the showroom or the dealership at all I did communicate with both sales staff and management through e-mail. They were responsive, provided me the information for which I asked, and gave me their bottom-line, out-the-door price. They followed up to ensure I got the best possible attention. I am impressed and would definitely consider buying a truck from them. The reason I didn't give them a perfect score is that I only have limited interaction with them.
My son purchased a 2014 Dodge Charger SXT AWD from Drivers Village 9/19/18. We purchased it from Dan in the Used Car facility. I could not have asked for a better purchasing experience. From Andrew Hilt, the internet sales person to Dan the sales associate, down to the financing dept.; they were all great and very helpful. we were very pleased with the vehicle.
Trisha reached out to me within a day of showing interest in a car. We set up a meeting for a test drive. I was contacted the same day of the year drive to be told the sold the vehicle at auction. I bought a car elsewhere.
I was looking at a different vehicle to feel safe and comfortable on the days when I have a long commute. I have chatted with Mickey about all the things my perfect someday vehicle would have. After I had tested a different car Mickey called to say she had the car I really wanted. So I went to drive that car instead. Mickey had found the car I always wanted but thought would be be the next one. This is a car I will drive for many years. I have found this dealership to be a well run, professional organization. My experience involved a cars.com search with a early afternoon trip from a Rochester suburb to Evans to review a specific used car. A natural issue for anyone trading a used car is perceived vs actual value of the car being traded. This was seamless at Evans. My car had come mechanical issues (at 135,000 miles most cars do) and Evans was fair and reasonable when valuing my trade. That allowed me to focus on the late model low mileage certified Chevrolet that brought me to the dealership. I couldn't find anything wrong! Not with the finance (3.09% APR from their banker vs 4.29% my credit union offered); not with the expedited paperwork; nothing. I'm a fussy quality engineer. Evans matched my attention to detail. No question. I will not hesitate to consider Evans in the future. Of course, the new-to-me late model Malibu has been terrific. This is my fourth Malibu (Impala before that). Great car at a great price.
Mickey was just amazing, she made the whole experience as painless and possible for us. She got us into the car we wanted and bent over backwards to get everything done even though it wasn???t easy! I???ll recommend Mickey to every single person looking to buy a vehicle and we will never buy from anyone other than Bridgeland auto & Mickey again! I use to hate car shopping. Till I experienced the Maguire No Haggle system. They made my wife and I very comfortable from the minute we arrived there. They didn't show any pressure toward us and explained the advantages of buying a vehicle through them. The extra incentives were great. We will tell everyone we know to stop there first if ever looking to buy.
Was hesitant about going back to burritts. Had been there years ago and it was not a good experience. The place has totally changed now for the better. New management, new salesman, the building has been updated and has also added a lot more services. The salesman were very professional and not pushy. Found exactly what I wanted in a truck and didn’t ask me to go look at a more expensive model. Business manager there was also great. Did not low ball me on my trade in. All around great experience.
Everyone there was so friendly and helpful - great buying experience! We had 2 fussy toddlers and everyone that passed by took the time to say hi to my boys and give them high fives or have a conversation with them. Absolutely in love with my new-to-me car!!!
