We had a great buying experience and even had good support in service until service could not determine the problem with the low tire light. It appeared on the trip home from the lot. We have had the car in the shop three times and several phone calls. Each time they felt it was something different including the tires. On the third trip they replaced the rear tires to match the front, but that was not the problem. When that didn't correct the issue, service became defiant with my wife like it was our fault the light keeps returning. There answer this time was to take the car to another of their stores were they can put it on their computer to determine the problem. But they said we had to pay $99 for this service. We are unhappy, but are very happy with the car and we are convenced the car is safe. We will be purchasing another car in the next six months and this small problem has given us second thoughts about returning to CarMax

Needed a replacement Kia Sedona for work and needed it fast. They were the first to contact me back and setup nearly everything over the phone and email as I live in Tucson and had to keep working during the process. Once I was pre-approved all that was left was to head up, test drive, and sign. Super friendly and helpful every step of the way even to a Wildcat fan like myself. I purchased a 2002 Ford from this facility, the truck was running good but there came a few issues, they jumped right on these and repaired them. I felt like I was the only customer they had,I wasn't not but these guys treated me with respect, and courtesy. They listened to my concerns and just fixed the issues with the truck. The salesman, whom I have forgotten his name was outstanding. He drove with me to get my second trade in and drive it back. We then found the truck on the lot across the street I wanted. I met with the sales manager and the senior manager. They were both excellent. I made the deal. We always would want more for our trade in but I felt all three gentlemen took good care of me and I am happy with the purchase. I was shocked that my credit score of 810 only got me an interest rate of 5.5%. I contacted several lenders last week and was offered 2.5%. Would like to waive the prepayment penalty and not pay so much interest on my first payment if possible. Other than that, I was very pleased. My very close colleague is former President of Ford Steve Lyons, and I told him the same info after my purchase.
I bought my first car with Keith. He was so laid back, straight forward, and accommodating. Didn’t pressure me like usual dealers. He made my first time experience so enjoyable and stress free. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone. Great and honest people here.
It took a bit but worked out a great deal with them. Also, I had an Instant Cash Buyout from KBB which made trading in my old car super easy. The only down side was it took FOREVER to get to the finance team. I understand it was busy, but if you're going to have a sale...staff for the sale in all areas! Overall though I was pleased. We bought a used Explorer from Mark Mitsubishi this week. We made them work for the deal and they did! Quentin was our salesman and was extremely easy and no stress to work with. Adam, the sales manager was so easy to work with as well. They did some leg work to get a deal we were happy with and recommend Mark Mitsubishi to anyone!
My wife and I were considering trading in our 2 cars and only have one. I did my research and knew what my price was going to be. We dealt with Tommy Smith as our sales rep. Tommy is young and eager but not pushy. He did an excellent job taking care of us. We also dealt with Mack. He worked hard to get to a price we could both agree on. The only problem was I was NOT aware or the dealer installed options to the tune of $1288. This extra amount was VERY close to a dealer breaker. Something has to be done to inform the buyer of the dealer options sooner in the buying process. Other than that the experience was as pleasant as buying a new vehicle can be. It did take much longer than I expected to finalize the sale.
