Ok wrote this once, cannot repeat it. Liking the 2007 Ranger. Pretty good deal. My only wish would be more honesty about the problems. I still would have bought it, but it would have been nice to be able to take it right into the shop and fix those issues. I don't like to learn while driving down the road. BUT again, I still would have bought the truck. Honesty IS the best policy. Ah well, Michael, next time,Be more frank, you will still seal the deal without any feelings of being mislead. Jose went above and beyond working with us and as my wife said, this has the best experience we ever had in purchasing a new vehicle. Blake, a director at AutoNation, Colonial Dr, Orlando, reached out to me today and we had a a lengthy discussion on how their auto quote system works. He also addressed the issue I had re: the non-mandatory dent protection service which I was told I had to have anyways and was charged $499 for. He stepped up and is refunding the $499 while still covering this service for me. Great Experience! Jamie my sales agent did a phenomenal job showing me my truck and explaining all its features. Tim was on top of my trade in appraisal and came very close to my asking price of my trade in, and Ed shopped around for the best deal for my financing and got me the one I that was better than I expected.
